Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning. There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store. I really liked the 2 paintings in the room. I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station.

The stay was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Also the view was amazing. They also have a free self aundry with washing maschin and dryer, which we highly appreciated. There was also a microwave and a water dispencer to refill the bottle. Everyhing was perfect only the shower could be a bit warmer. But I also like it really hot.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and everything was easily accessible. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Conveniently located near the train station and very reasonably priced. A good choice if you are spending the night and want a hotel close to the station. The only downside is that they don't have non smoking rooms and some rooms smell like cold tobacco. But they immediately accepted to change my room when I said it was smelling. They were also very helpful in providing directions and helping me book a cab as my Chinese is quite poor.

Хороший отель рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом. Номер уютный, чистый. Все принадлежности в наличии. Персонал дружелюбный. Недалеко рынок и торговые центры, можно прогуляться.

Nice, spacious room and comfortable bed, disposable towels. Breakfast is soy milk and coffee plus microwavable packaged food (dumplings or Beijing burrito, can only pick one per person. The second night the power went out, we had to carry our luggage down from twelve floor down, but got help from hotel’s worker halfway, the front desk girl apologized profusely.

The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.

Hotel is close to surprisingly calm and interesting part of town with muslim bakeries, food etc -- doesn't feel like a big city, in a good way. But what really shines is the super friendly and helpful staff! Helped us so many times with advice/ recommendations/ directions, and organized taxis / didi for us without any surcharges. Especially the slender young gentleman, named Li or Qi -- I'm sorry didn't catch the name properly. Thank you so much for all your help! You made us love Xining a lot more that we expected -- and we'll stay here again if we come back!

I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.

The hotel environment is so comfortable and nice. The moment when i walk in, i smell orange fragrance all around the lobby. Their facilities is so good, their laundry space is clean, come with iron,dryer and washer. Will definitely pay another visit again to their chain hotel whenever i visit china.
