Hotel berhampiran Perpustakaan Alexandrina, Iskandariah

Отель расположен в достаточно тихой части города вдали от трасс с гудящими машинами. 2 огромных бассейна с водой +27° в марте. Красивое здание в 3 этажа. Отель новый, достраивается дворец. Как я понимаю, здесь будут организовывать мероприятия. На 1 и 2 этажах расположены рестораны. В рамадан оба работают по системе шведский стол. Еды много, но ничего особо не понравилось. На завтраках готовят омлет. Жили неделю, всю неделю говорила и показывала, что хочу скрембл, но повар умеет делать только невкусный омлет в луже масла. Под конец сдалась и перестала его брать. Каша безвкусная. 2-3 раза ходили тут на ужин. Пару раз была вкусная еда. В остальное время съедобным был только шашлык и овощи. Номера большие и чистые, тут всё ок. Но с едой не очень. Персонал вежливый.

Очень все понравилось. Прекрасный микрорайон - чистый и без толп людей. Свой пляж. Все новое и современное. На завтрак хороший выбор, особенно порадовали свежие соки из клубники и гуавы и говяжьи котлетки.

The beach and the swimming pools were beautiful and well maintained. The vintage architecture of the building was amazing and gave the hotel a unique charm. The food was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. I also really enjoyed the Egyptian cuisine—it was different from what I’m used to and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

It was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

Great location and professional friendly staff. From the start of entering the hotel with the bellman Eassam to the front desk staff as well the restaurant staff.Keep up the great hospitality 👍

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

Beach was nice , Rooms pool view was also nice and rooms cleanliness was good. I liked the quietness of the place (compared to rest of Alexandria Corniche). The price was not high and not low, but in general was OK. Breakfast was OK, acceptable variety and food quality is OK (but not 4 Star level). There was a car parking lot but too small, you should pick a spot early, but if not you still can park your car outside the Hotel. The room service girl was very nice and polite, also the reception and everyone honestly. XXX I didn't like the bathroom , the shower head throw water out of the bath tub and the bathroom floor was always wet, every time take a shower we need to call the cleaner to come and dry it ! No extra tools to do it yourself at least. If this is fixed , i would love to go there again!

The property is super clean The staff are amazing The administration is really helpful The team is available 24/7 and helped a lot They really made my stay easier and wonderful The emplacement is perfect you have restaurant nearby ,ATMs and amazing coffee shops. I recommend this place in downtown 💯 I personally will go back whenever I come to this amazing city . I want to thank Brassbell for the amazing stay .
