Hotel berhampiran Katedral Zagreb, Zagreb

Close to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

we have a great 5nites stays at 2 bedroom apartment, it was a pleasant stay, the receptionist Olivier is helpful, the room is ample, all good, willing to come again if i travel to zagreb again. Supported by good Location in main area, no disappointment. Recommended for the family as well. Terimaksih (Thank You)

Very nice hotel. Very modern and clean with a big breakfast selection. The room was big and clean and the staff were great. Easy to get into the centre of town and simple to get to and from the airport too

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Badly maintained hotel with visibly old furnishings and with things falling apart ( see photos). Check in took a long time with only one staff able to perform check in spite of other available staff at the front desks. Phone in room was not functional on the first day so had to go down to front to desk to ask for help who redirected me back to the room again to call another number that also doesn’t work. Super unhelpful. Was expecting more from a Sheraton hotel. Plus points are - good location, indoor heated pool and good sized gym but also poorly maintained and rather dirty.

The young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

The hotel seems new, very clean, good service, the breakfast was so good meny options, the pool is very nice I recommend this hotel. Even though the app offers free parking, I had to pay an extra charge.

Easy to find. Tram ride to hotel from train station so it was super convenient. Newr all attractions! You can decide to walk or take a tram which is right around the corner of hotel. Quite at night and big rooms! Coffee shop in the lobby is also good. People are nice and pleasant. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Woke up with birds singing everyday :-)

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.
