We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Tempah hotel untuk lawatan satu malam ke Bintan untuk majlis hari jadi. Hotel ini berusaha keras untuk membantu menghias bilik apabila diminta dan mereka juga menyediakan kek hari jadi yang lazat ! Itu sangat manis dari mereka dan saya sangat menghargainya. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan penghawa dingin menjadi sejuk dengan cepat. Ia adalah pengalaman 10/10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Berhampiran pantai dan terdapat pelbagai aktiviti yang boleh dilakukan termasuk bola tampar, berbasikal, berkayak. Bilik yang didiami oleh keluarga saya kelihatan seperti salah satu bilik lama. Ia cukup bersih. Dari segi perkhidmatan adalah baik kerana kakitangan berusaha untuk membantu keluarga saya untuk permintaan kami. Snek yang disediakan di dalam bilik adalah percuma dan itu bagus. Restoran Kakung di Sun Moon sangat hebat.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Jika anda tidak cerewet tentang hotel ”tamparan tepat di bandar”, maka ini adalah hotel yang sesuai untuk anda dan keluarga anda! Hotel ini berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Dataran Melayu, Pensil Tugu, bangunan Gong-gong, Jalan Hang Tuah, jambatan pantai yang baru dibina, dan pelabuhan feri utama. Kejiranan ini juga sangat mesra dan dipenuhi dengan banyak kedai makan tempatan dan kedai runcit yang tidak mahal! Walaupun anda mahukan restoran makanan laut Cina yang sangat lazat, Sei Enam hanya terletak dalam jarak yang dekat! Bilik-bilik hotel adalah sangat asas dan ringkas dan hotel ini tidak dilengkapi dengan lif, jadi jika anda menginap di tingkat 4, anda perlu berjalan ke atas! Di dalam bilik terdapat peralatan ringkas seperti TV, kabel, telefon, cawan minuman, air botol, selipar, almari, laci, pancuran mandian air panas dan sejuk, berus gigi dengan ubat gigi, syampu, sabun bar kecil, penghawa dingin, bantal padat, dan juga peralatan yang bagus. menguatkan untuk anda memeluk untuk tidur! Malangnya tiada bil air mahupun perasa kopi dan teh di dalam bilik. Air minuman panas dan sejuk berada di ruang makan tingkat 1. Pakej hotel yang saya ambil datang dengan sarapan pagi yang ringkas. Hidangan tempatan dan pedas dan ia sering ditaburkan dengan kacang tanah. Sarapan datang dalam bungkusan dibungkus (bawa pulang) dengan semua sos pratas, dan/atau nasi dalam pembungkus kertas dan plastik. Kutleri dan pinggan tersedia untuk digunakan. Aliran percuma kopi dan teh dengan gula (tiada susu atau krimer). Untuk harga kira-kira S$26/hari, saya fikir ia adalah penginapan yang indah di hotel ini! Walaupun ia tanpa banyak kemudahan (kerana saya lebih suka pergi berjalan-jalan di sekitar bandar dan pergi menaiki bot), saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel 2 bintang ini untuk penginapan yang ringkas dan berpatutan di Tanjung Pinang!
