PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

we do understand that the resort is still in its soft opening phase, but a lot of things felt quite unpolished and messy. there seemed to be a lack of coordination across the team, with staff often unsure of basic information and a number of our requests being forgotten or not followed through.
one of the more confusing experiences was during check-in, where we were initially assigned a room that had active construction happening right in front of it. it was surprising that this was even allocated to guests in the first place.
breakfast was decent and probably one of the more consistent parts of the stay. nothing particularly memorable, but no major complaints either.
in terms of facilities, what was available felt quite limited for a resort stay. there was an arcade, swimming pools, beach access, pool tables, table tennis and bike rentals, but overall it didn’t feel like there was enough to justify the price point or create a full resort experience.
overall, while there is potential, the current experience does not quite match expectations yet. it might be worth revisiting after the resort is fully operational and things are more settled.

The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities.
However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds.

Bilik ini mempunyai kawasan yang direka khas untuk kanak-kanak: katil dua tingkat, almari pakaian kanak-kanak, jubah mandi, Switch, meja dan kerusi, serta bean bag, semuanya direka mengikut ketinggian kanak-kanak. Balkon menghadap kolam renang hotel, pemandangannya sangat indah. Perkhidmatan memang tiada tandingan, kami berasa seperti di rumah, sama ada restoran hotel atau perkhidmatan bilik, semuanya sangat mesra dan prihatin, gaya perkhidmatan juga sangat konsisten. Terdapat buggy yang membawa kami ke restoran berdekatan dan pantai. Ibu bapa dan anak-anak tidak mahu pulang! 🤭

Bahagian yang menghadap ke kolam mendapat matahari petang, akses terus ke pantai. Mereka juga agak kenyang untuk bufet sarapan pagi, tetapi bukannya membuat anda menunggu, mereka membuka bilik mesyuarat dan menyediakan barisan bufet kedua, penggunaan ruang dan perancangan yang sangat baik! Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tempat restoran/aiskrim tempatan yang berdekatan, ”plaza membeli-belah” agak mati tetapi tiba apabila anda ingin berjalan-jalan. Juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tasik/takungan, senang bersiar-siar ketika matahari tidak begitu terik, sangat cantik juga

PPengguna TetamuI was impressed by all the service staffs there. They are all very friendly, helpful and polite. They do their job with a smile and always eager to serve.
I experienced an aircon leakage in my room and the next day they immediately offered me an upgraded room and gave me a private car service to the ferry terminal when i checked out. Even the Spa service staffs were very polite, attentive and took care of all my needs.
I will definitely come back again to Cassia. The staffs and place there made me feel at home.

HHope SanctuaryWe recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together.
One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays.
Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves.
One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget.
We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special.
The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed.
If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. We left with so many beautiful memories and cannot wait to visit again.

We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together.
From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests.
What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨
Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍
