Hotel berhampiran Pantai Trikora, Pulau Bintan

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Overall, the hotel had many activities, amenities and a beautiful beachfront, staff were able to help when issues occurred. However, it was a slightly disappointing stay for us. I wished the hotel could improve in these areas as they prepare for the grand opening: Our first night we had an issue with the door sensor, which required 2 trips to the reception before they came down to help and realised the sensor battery ran out and had to be changed. Second, our hotel electricity tripped as we used the hairdryer, so a technician had to come in to fix. Third, our room service payment couldn’t go through 3 times due to a connection issue with the POS system, it only went through at the 4th attempt. The accumulation of these issues made the stay overall less than expected of a premium hotel, with mediocre service recovery. I wish the restaurants had more local Indonesia food options too on their menu. Other than that, the location and amenities were great - we thoroughly enjoyed the beach club.

Excellent. In Indigo restaurant we was well served Mr. Eitstein and Ms. Dhina from the Indigo. The only downside in Indigo was the lack of cotton swabs and cotton pads in the room. However, that doesn't affect my experience; I would consider staying here again. The Holiday Inn restaurant next door has vegetarian options, and Mr. Ruwanda from the Holiday Inn restaurant provided attentive and meticulous service. Thumbs up! Will be there soon .

Kami menempah bilik bertema kanak-kanak. Bilik ini mempunyai kawasan yang direka khas untuk kanak-kanak: katil dua tingkat, almari pakaian kanak-kanak, jubah mandi, Switch, meja dan kerusi, serta bean bag, semuanya direka mengikut ketinggian kanak-kanak. Balkon menghadap kolam renang hotel, pemandangannya sangat indah. Perkhidmatan memang tiada tandingan, kami berasa seperti di rumah, sama ada restoran hotel atau perkhidmatan bilik, semuanya sangat mesra dan prihatin, gaya perkhidmatan juga sangat konsisten. Terdapat buggy yang membawa kami ke restoran berdekatan dan pantai. Ibu bapa dan anak-anak tidak mahu pulang! 🤭

Mempunyai penginapan yang indah! Mereka mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke terminal feri BBT, pemeriksaan juga terus ke hadapan dan bilik/hotel itu sangat cantik. Bahagian yang menghadap ke kolam mendapat matahari petang, akses terus ke pantai. Mereka juga agak kenyang untuk bufet sarapan pagi, tetapi bukannya membuat anda menunggu, mereka membuka bilik mesyuarat dan menyediakan barisan bufet kedua, penggunaan ruang dan perancangan yang sangat baik! Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tempat restoran/aiskrim tempatan yang berdekatan, ”plaza membeli-belah” agak mati tetapi tiba apabila anda ingin berjalan-jalan. Juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tasik/takungan, senang bersiar-siar ketika matahari tidak begitu terik, sangat cantik juga

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍
