Our stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort was truly excellent! 🌴
Before arriving, we were a bit unsure since the resort is located farther from both ferry terminals — but once we got there, we realized it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this place is a hidden gem.
The staff and driver were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also joined their guided tours, which turned out to be much more affordable and personal compared to online options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a great start to each morning.
Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and great hospitality in Bintan. 🌺

Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

Satu kawasan yang boleh diperbaiki ialah: Semasa cuaca panas, panel bumbung dan bahagian dalam bilik menjadi agak panas. AC sahaja tidak mencukupi. Jadi ia mungkin memerlukan beberapa penyelesaian lain juga untuk memastikan bilik selesa. Jika tidak, kami berehat, selamat bercuti di resort! Pasti akan mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity.
One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities.
However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds.

PPengguna TetamuI can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her.
The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove.
Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful.
Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying.
The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room.
For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach.
Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take.
All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing service with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel overall was a great experience. It’s very conveniently located near Lagoi Plaza—within walking distance to plenty of family-friendly activities (ATV, UTV, Banana boat and otehr water sports).
The swimming pool is beautiful and just steps away from the beach, with watersports available right by the shore, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
A small downside was that the cups from the basement restaurant weren’t very clean, we feedback to the restaurant and they immediately changed for us. Also, there was a mix-up with my booking date at the front desk—they mentioned it would be updated, but the next day I received a call for checkout even though my stay was for another night. It was quickly resolved though.
Highly recommended: That said, overall the hotel is still amazing and the staff are all very helpful. Hotel also provides ferry transfer from BBT ferry terminal, a plus point! (To arrange in advance).
Four points by Sheraton is definitely worth staying for the location, facilities, and atmosphere. Our family will definitely be back the next time.
NOTE: Do always book ur ferry and hotel together especially during peak season. We got the hotel first & struggled to get the ferry tickets.
Highlight: Pls check out their signature cocktail Zalacca, smoky and special snake fruit cocktail (bar restaurant near the beach)

We traveled during the Singapore school holidays, so the resort was packed. As such, our neighboring tents were all occupied. Due to the close proximity and strange tent age acoustics. I was able to hear the neighbors chatter, even when both us and neighbours were in our own tents.
Our tent was located to some bigger tents with outdoor benches. Some residents hung out, drank and smoke late into the night.
Honestly, I had the worst sleeps during the trip. For light sleepers. Please pack ear plugs.
Treasure bay is also operated independently from Natra. Please take note. There were some hiccups when I tried to book activities via the hotel and the vendor was not the most polite.
During peak season, popular activities and rides are quickly booked up, so please plan ahead .

FFelicityfyRoom was amazing. Managed to purchase an upgrade to the Seaview Villa and it was so spacious. Comfy kingbed, Huge bathtub and a pooldeck!
Only issue with the room was the toilet starting to smell especially after flushing or at night after returning to the room.
The resort provided complimentary transport to and from the ferry terminal so that made things very convenient. Within the resort itself, we had 2 bicycles to use or you could call for the buggy to ferry you around places.
The service and staff were impeccable, they truly made you feel like very special guests! Would highly recommend the spa, the massages were heavenly.
Would definitely come again and experience more at this resort.

LLi€w.Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again.
The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers.
The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting.
I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss.
The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. If you’re a mum looking for a safe, beautiful, and welcoming place to find some peace by the water, this is it. A heartfelt thank you to Arya and the whole team!

HHope SanctuaryWe recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together.
One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays.
Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves.
One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget.
We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special.
The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed.
If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. We left with so many beautiful memories and cannot wait to visit again.

TtgabA nice resort that is not too far from ferry terminal and provide complimentary transfer. While facilities are good but in-house charges are quite high, even more than Singapore. The hotel spa is average despite almost double price else where in Indonesia. The free internet is just pathetic and they force you to buy package if not on good roaming plan.
