"Great location within Ubud area. The room was clean and they provided a lot of stuff to keep the place bug-free (including insect net surrounding the beds, insect repellent incense outside the door). Highlight of the stay was definitely the service - very welcoming and responsive! The staff kindly attended to our various requests and queries and carefully explained all the amenities in the hotel when we first arrived. There is also breakfast, afternoon tea and weekly yoga classes. Food for breakfast and afternoon tea is just okay. Area for improvement would be that the water pressure from the shower could be stronger. Nonetheless, the shower head has a filter, so that's a plus."

"Our stay at Sri Aksta has been amazing as always. This is our 2nd time in this hotel and as always we have enjoyed it tremendously. The location is a major plus for us as it is very accessible to the heart of Ubud, the center and we just walk around going to places. We also appreciate the fact that we are at the center yet the moment we enter the hotel, Ubud vibe welcome us with a luscious rice paddy, forest like surrounding, river and waterfalls. Being in Sri Aksata is just so magical. Another great experience that I would like to highlight I'd there Spa at Aswangga. I was able to experienced the best Warm Stone massage in my life. The spa is underrated as it is placed at the very heart of the hotel, quite secluded but it has to be experienced by all the guests and tourists outside. I highly recommend it to everyone. The view if the spa was stunning, imagine getting your massage with the view, sound of waterfalls. It was amazing, very relaxing. I also got to experience this wonderful massage with the best massuse ever, her name is Artini. Artini was amazing with her service. It was the best massage I ever had in my life. Artini was like gliding in massaging my body, her technique was remarkable. Thank you Artini for the best Bali massage I experienced in this trip. Will definitely look forward to the next one maybe next year or who knows sooner. Your kindness and friendliness also resonates much to me. Thank you for the best service you have given me. Overall the experience at Sri Akasta this time was still amazing. Looking forward to our next holiday in this oasis. "We had an amazing stay at Pertiwi Resort and Spa. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the monkey park but tucks away as a hidden retreat once you’re on the property. The staff were lovely and helped us organise airport transportation and to upgrade our room. If it’s in your budget, the premier room absolutely elevated our stay and made every day special going out on our balcony to enjoy the view. We also enjoyed the poolside food menu and the Balinese spa treatment available on the property. I highly recommend staying here and checking out the adjoining restaurant Donna, it was some of the best food we’ve had across all of our travels. Thank you Pertiwi team for making our stay so special ☺️"

"The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made sleeping uncomfortable. On the first night, I already complained and requested that the pillows be replaced. However, my complaint was not handled properly, and there was no response or action taken. I am disappointed with this experience, as cleanliness and prompt service are essential for guest comfort. I hope this matter can be addressed seriously."

"Bilik ini sangat luas dengan banyak ruang penyimpanan di dalam laci dan almari untuk mereka yang menginap lebih daripada beberapa malam sahaja. Lantai bilik mandi direka dengan sangat baik dan menarik, sekali lagi, sangat luas. Termasuk tab mandi. Tekanan air pancuran, bagaimanapun tidak begitu baik. Balkoni juga luas dan ketika kami mula-mula tiba kami mempunyai beberapa pengunjung monyet. Monyet tidak agresif jadi ia agak bagus. Hotel ini nampaknya mempunyai sarapan bufet tetapi kami tidak memilihnya kerana terdapat banyak pilihan sarapan yang berdekatan. Terdapat sedikit kemudahan. Berus gigi dan ubat gigi serta gel mandian dan syampu. Tiada pengering rambut."

"Nice staff and good swimming pool. Good breakfast. Room was soggy at first. Smell of mold made me hard to sleep at first night. So I turned on AC all day, although I could smell of mold sometimes, but most of time I was okay. View from room was good, felt like I am in the jungle. This hotel is little far to walk to everywhere(hot weather, so 10-20mins more walk is huge difference) but you can use grab taxi or bike with cheap price. So It wound't be a big deal. Except for the first night arrival. Everything was good. I hope they could turned on AC before guests come in"

"It's a lovely homestay with traditional Balinese vibes. Super clean. Good shower, there's no problem with aircon, the light is great in the morning. The host really responsive and friendly. Maybe you should add toilet tissue and tissue in separate ways. And trash bin in the room/ toilet. Overall it's nice stay here for me for 2 nights. In the center of Ubud but still quiet at the night. I'm there's no photos from me but the room is exactly like the photo in app. Thank you"

"Lovely little hotel. Enjoyed our stay here. Only 3 suggestions- bathrooms should have s hygiene faucet (this is one of the first hotels in Asia that didn’t have one). Also the doors should have a bolt to lock it from the inside. It can only be locked with the key. It was very safe and there was no issue, but it is always safer to have s no lot in the door (first time I’ve seen  a hotel without this). The 2 bottles of water are very small and tea /coffee sachets can be more plentiful. But these are minor things. Otherwise this is a charming property that we were very happy with."

"This was a nice stay overall. It looked exactly like the images and was quite clean. The pool was a little small but was still nice to use. The staff were really really friendly which made the stay much better. The only one bad thing I can say were the walls were quite thin so sometimes we could hear conversations outside our room which was a little annoying but now the worst either. I would stay here again."
