Hotel berhampiran Stadium Allianz Juventus, Turin

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

Great apartment/airbnb style accommodation. There isn’t a manned reception or someone onsite to help. Everything is managed through WhatsApp. This did cause us a bit of worry but they communication was clear and easy to follow. The accommodation was lovely and had everything you’d need. Clean and very comfortable after a day sight seeing. Close to amenities. Use of the luggage storage is a must as there is no where to leave your luggage.

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

Good location near Torino Porta Nuova station and surrounded by nice restaurants. Not too far from the city center either, a walkable distance. Nice common area with a kitchen, lots of tables, comfy couches, ping pong table, guitar etc. Nice that they have a water dispenser, even for sparkling water. The room was generally clean and spacious, nice that a whole set of towels are included in the price, which was not the case at another hostel I stayed in Bologna (there was an extra charge). They could do with more hangers and places to actually hang the hangers though. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the attic room is not accessible by the lift, you still have to lug your luggage up a last bit of stairs and the door opens outward so that makes it even harder to bring the luggage in.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui rend les déplacements vraiment faciles. Sur place, il y a énormément d’activités : une salle de billard, des espaces confortables pour regarder les matchs ou des films, ainsi qu’une bibliothèque pour se détendre au calme. L’hôtel dispose aussi d’une salle de sport bien équipée, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le studio avec cuisine est très pratique : on peut facilement préparer de petits plats rapides, ce qui donne une vraie autonomie pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, que ce soit pour un court ou long séjour !

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Hotel was great! The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe. It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets. I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center. But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
