PPengguna TetamuThe studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。
先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。
糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。
真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

AANJUI don’t want to stay this hotel again.
I visited this hotel in April so it’s getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldn’t let in some fresh air.
Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff.
Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room.
I don’t recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.

TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

AaciccuLa camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

SSonofEzraThe hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.
