PPengguna TetamuSanpeiso was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The ryokan beautifully preserves the atmosphere of traditional Japan while offering excellent comfort and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of every detail throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, spotless, and overlooked a peaceful garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The onsen was exceptional — the hot spring water felt wonderful after a day of sightseeing, and the entire bathing area was quiet and beautifully maintained.
Both dinner and breakfast were served in traditional Japanese style and were outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased seasonal ingredients. It felt like a true cultural experience rather than simply a meal.
What impressed us most was the authentic character of the ryokan. Unlike many modernized properties, Sanpeiso retains the charm and elegance of a classic Japanese inn. The combination of attentive service, excellent cuisine, serene surroundings, and high-quality hot springs made our stay unforgettable.
If you are looking for an authentic ryokan experience in Atami, I highly recommend Sanpeiso. We would gladly return on our next visit to Japan.

NNaoeyamatoProbably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Japan, close to Atami station, and every room in this hotel has the sea view, which is extremely beautiful when it’s sunny. The rooms are spacious and very very clean, the private onsen has private TV for you to relax in the hot bath. They also have public open air onsen on the top floor. Next time I probably will try the room with private onsen on the balcony. The hotel also offers free gym, free minibar and free lounge, love it. And the most importantly, the hotel staff are very helpful and polite. They provided helpful advices on transportation to different sightseeing places and booked free shuttle for my family to Atami station. Will 100% revisit next time I come to Atami.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店熱海站出來 到對面麥當勞等shuttle bus 40分鐘一輛 等車間隙可以去仲見通商業街遛遛 熱海著名布丁要排到拐彎 但味道還不錯 如果去來宮神社也可以到來宮吃不排隊 海景房有露天陽台很滿意 fuua的温泉每人憑房卡passport衹能去一次 public bath也很不錯 早餐晚餐不太行 看着排場大實際沒什麼可吃的 刺身也不太新鮮 國內49.9自助水平

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is newly opened, and all facilities are very new and clean. The room amenities are also very thoughtfully designed. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, making it very convenient for us to take a beach walk after dinner.
For the meals, we enjoyed the buffet dinner and the Japanese cuisine breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Our seats overlooking the beach that added to our vacation mood.
After leaving the hotel, I realized I had left my transit card behind. I contacted the hotel reservation via email, and they quickly confirmed its return and processed it. The hotel's prompt response deserves praise, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Atami.

PPengguna TetamuHotel New Akao is a huge hotel. It was built quite many many years ago, we stayed at the older wing, so the room tends to be oldish, but well maintained and super clean. For the price we paid, one would expect 5 star facilities, at least a gym for morning workouts, but they did not have that. However, the meals (Dinner & breakfast) provided with the price is fantastic and wide spread. I guess its a onsen hotel so people tend to go there just for the hotel onsen which is great and nice. We do love the big buffet spread of meals. The room is old, if you prefer the rustic feel. There are no convenient store nearby so when it comes to hunger, you only have vending machine beer. We actually expected to have free flow of snacks and beer but it is only limited to very off peak timing when most people are out for their day trips. Again, we feel that the hefty price tag should at least provide that free beer, drinks and snacks all day and all night. Overall, we still love the experience staying in the hotel. A word of advice - avoid peak seasons like New Year, you will expect to queue up for meals :)

PPengguna Tetamu직원들은 거의 전 인원이 중국인인것 같았다. 태도는 좋았으나 일본어가 유창한 직원이 거의 없어서 의사소통에 어려움이 있었다. 설비는 가격에 비해 좋은 편이고 각종 레저시설이 있다. 관리는 그다지 되고있는것같지는 않았다.
룸과 온천은 깔끔하고 잘 관리되고있다. 온천은 규모가 작아서 온천 목적으로는 조금 부족하게 느낄수 있다.
식사는 가격대비 맛있는편. 깔끔한 일본식 정식이 나온다.특히 주류 무제한 메뉴가 1000엔으로 아주 저렴하고 맥주도 맛있다.
따로 주문할수있는 안주 메뉴들도 맛있다.
아침 식사는 뷔페식으로 생선구이 밥 소세지 샐러드 과일등 종류가 많지는 않지만 알차게 구성되어있고 맛있다.
고급 료칸에 비하면 부족한 부분도 있는게 사실이지만 가격대비 좋은 료칸이라고 생각한다.

GGuest UserWalaupun sesetengah orang mungkin berasa sukar untuk melakukan daftar masuk dalam talian tanpa bantuan meja depan hotel yang 'betul', kami tidak menghadapi sebarang masalah. Kami boleh menyerahkan butiran peribadi kami melalui telefon bimbit kami di mana-mana sahaja pada bila-bila masa sebelum tiba. Kemudian apabila tiba, menggunakan PIN yang dihantar ke e-mel kami, kami boleh memasuki pintu masuk dengan lancar. Di lobi, terdapat tablet, untuk setiap tetamu mengambil gambar mereka untuk pengesahan maklumat yang telah kami serahkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian kami disambungkan ke pusat panggilan yang bertanya kepada kami beberapa soalan mudah kemudian ia selesai. Kami suka bahawa terdapat aliran percuma minuman panas & sejuk, alkohol dan bukan alkohol, coklat/gula-gula/kacang jepun percuma tersedia. Kami adalah kumpulan 7 orang, jadi kami menggunakan ruang bersama untuk makan kami. Bilik-bilik adalah besar untuk standard Jepun dengan sinki kecil, meja makan dilampirkan. Setiap tempahan disertakan dengan tempat letak kereta. Tempat letak kereta hanya 2-3 minit pemanduan dan kami hanya meletak kereta mengikut nombor bilik kami. Saya tidak boleh lebih gembira dengan penginapan saya di sini dan pasti akan mengesyorkan rakan-rakan untuk tinggal di sini.

CCan-cancan設施：設施配套齊全，温泉泡湯的洗護用品都是很不錯的品牌，洗髮水的牌子用了頭髮特別蓬鬆柔順，酒店的商場都可以購買到
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，空調系統也很正常
環境：酒店到熱海車站步行700米耗時10分鐘步行即可到達，熱海站旁邊就是熱海商業步行街，小吃，名物，餐廳很多選擇，一條街吃到底
服務：酒店有接送車站的短駁巴士，車程五分鐘左右非常便捷，早飯也非常豐盛
酒店温泉非常舒服，分室內室外兩個泡池，人不多相對很分散使用大浴場
酒店的海景房陽台直接可以看到大海，美極了

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located right by the ocean so you can get a beautiful view first thing in the morning. The room is clean and spacious and has a balcony facing the ocean. Facilities might be a bit old but nonetheless gives you a vintage Japanese feel. The only thing to note is that it is a bit of a trek from the station especially if you arrive at night as it is quiet and a bit dark.
