SSecret CustomerI check in hotel at around 5pm and I don’t have a good check in process, it seems at that time there is only one female staff working on floor, she responsible for helping send the luggage to hotel room and assist the pre check in (only help collect passport), she seems too busy to polite, she’s a bit rude. On the next day when I check out, I am a group of family with many luggage while the staffs seems prefer to pretend not seeing us and avoid to help move luggage to my car. Only when I requested, they are doing that. Hotel room is huge and the in room onsen is good, but the room is too dar. breakfast is good though, many choices.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店熱海站出來 到對面麥當勞等shuttle bus 40分鐘一輛 等車間隙可以去仲見通商業街遛遛 熱海著名布丁要排到拐彎 但味道還不錯 如果去來宮神社也可以到來宮吃不排隊 海景房有露天陽台很滿意 fuua的温泉每人憑房卡passport衹能去一次 public bath也很不錯 早餐晚餐不太行 看着排場大實際沒什麼可吃的 刺身也不太新鮮 國內49.9自助水平

HHAN SENGHotel New Akao is a huge hotel. It was built quite many many years ago, we stayed at the older wing, so the room tends to be oldish, but well maintained and super clean. For the price we paid, one would expect 5 star facilities, at least a gym for morning workouts, but they did not have that. However, the meals (Dinner & breakfast) provided with the price is fantastic and wide spread. I guess its a onsen hotel so people tend to go there just for the hotel onsen which is great and nice. We do love the big buffet spread of meals. The room is old, if you prefer the rustic feel. There are no convenient store nearby so when it comes to hunger, you only have vending machine beer. We actually expected to have free flow of snacks and beer but it is only limited to very off peak timing when most people are out for their day trips. Again, we feel that the hefty price tag should at least provide that free beer, drinks and snacks all day and all night. Overall, we still love the experience staying in the hotel. A word of advice - avoid peak seasons like New Year, you will expect to queue up for meals :)

Biliknya luas dan mudah digunakan, tetapi ada beberapa perkara yang saya dapati agak meragukan: Saya mungkin tidak akan kembali. - Dua daripada lapan loker di bilik mandi umum yang besar telah rosak. - Hanya terdapat empat tempat mencuci, jadi anda perlu berdiri semasa mandi. Terdapat sebuah kerusi, tetapi sukar untuk digunakan kerana ketinggiannya tidak sesuai untuk cangkuk pancuran mandian. Tiada cermin di bilik mencuci. - Airnya sangat panas sehingga saya tidak tahan di dalamnya. Semua orang di sekeliling saya mempunyai reaksi yang sama. Bunyi saliran sangat kuat sehingga saya tidak dapat mendengar muzik yang menenangkan. - Tiada alkohol di mesin layan diri. Minuman percuma di ruang istirahat telah dikeluarkan pada pukul 10 malam, jadi ia menyusahkan jika saya terlupa membelinya di kedai serbaneka.

AAYUMI624ラビスタ熱海テラスへ！工事期間中、前を通っていてずっと気になっていました。何ヶ所か共立リゾートは泊まっていますが個人的にナンバーワンです。 今回はイーストタワーの12階、露天風呂のついたお部屋です。コンパクトですが2人でホテルステイなら充分。 お部屋に露天風呂あるのでほかのお風呂はいいやってくらい満足度たかいですし泉質も最高です。洗い場は室内のシャワールームか大浴場でした！ 大浴場の方はピークタイムかと思いきや全然混んでおらず快適でした。 楽しみにしていた食事ですが、ビュッフェなので何を取るにも並ぶ事は覚悟していましたがやはり温かいものを先に取ってしまうと冷めるので冷たいものから取り、温かいものは最後に取ることをオススメします。ローストビーフや朝のオムレツは少し並びます。朝から海鮮丼食べれて幸せでした(^^)どれを食べても美味しく非常に満足度の高い旅行になりました！今度は家族と行きたいです。

JJPCHTravellerAlthough I was a solo traveler, the room had 2 single beds. The room didn’t have a bath and it was shower only. The toilet had sensor light so if you don’t move for 30-60sec, it will fade out the light which was quite annoying. The location was not bad - only a short walk from Atami train station. There is a family mart convenience store nearby. They only serve western breakfast as you get food from Tully’s cafe located in the ground level of the hotel. I think it’s the Atami city’s issue but it seems you can’t pre-book taxis in advance. You have to walk to the train station and line up in taxi queue - which can be quite long sometimes

YYvonne Sadie首先給自駕和計劃預訂的朋友提個關鍵提醒：周邊有兩家 Livemax Resort，一定要提前確認好自己預約的具體門店，避免跑錯耽誤行程～ 我們自駕前往，酒店配套停車場，停車費一晚 1000 日元，收費透明，停車體驗還算順暢，對自駕遊客很友好。 這次入住的核心亮點太多，完全撐起 5 星評價！最驚喜的是洗浴用品，遠超預期超 impressive—— 不僅有基礎的沐浴乳、洗髮水、護髮素、洗手液，還貼心配備了身體乳、頭髮護理液、護手霜等全套產品，品質和種類都很到位，不用額外自備。房間是加錢升級的海景房，雖然面積比原房間小，衹有 21 平方米，但能坐擁海景，還自帶露台泡澡缸，愜意又治癒，升級體驗很值（原房間被告知看不到煙花，所以選擇加錢換房）。 酒店的餐飲體驗也超讚！預訂價格包含日式自助晚餐和早餐，菜品口味完全符合我的喜好，食材和種類都在線，吃得很滿足。基礎配套也沒拉胯：提供一次性拖鞋，衞生放心；房間有 wifi，聯網順暢；水壓充足，洗漱體驗舒適；酒店整體氛圍很安靜，休息時不會被打擾；天台還設有泳池，雖未體驗，但能感受到配套的豐富性。 當然也有小小的不足：升級後的海景房面積偏小，空間略顯緊湊；床褥舒適度一般，感覺已經被睡扁，睡眠體驗稍打折扣；吹風機和通風口比較臟，不過當時沒有反饋投訴；另外有點小遺憾，入住當天正好是我的生日，前台辦理入住時沒留意到護照訊息，也沒有送上生日祝福，少了點小驚喜。 整體來看，酒店的核心體驗（餐飲、海景泡澡、配套、安靜氛圍）都很出色，雖有面積、床褥及小細節的小瑕疵，但完全不影響整體滿意度。

PPengguna TetamuIt was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

SsiufungjehWe had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay. A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!

AanzaymfThe seaview room could watch the sunrise from the balcony. I turned my alarm just to watch the sun rised from the ocean. The buffet dinner and breakfast was great. Dinner buffet provided Italian wine which was very great. The breakfast we could customize the sashimi rice bowl which was wonderful. Although the dining area was a bit crowded but the space was fine enough.
