Hotel berhampiran Empangan Asari, Otaru

Sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini! ! ! Saya pada asalnya menyangka bahawa lokasi hotel ini agak jauh, dan saya bimbang tentang kesulitan pengangkutan. Sebenarnya, pengangkutannya sangat mudah. ​​Anda boleh menaiki Laluan Asarigawa Onsen No. 13 dari Stesen Otaru dalam masa kira-kira setengah jam. Hotel ini terletak hanya 300 meter dari Pusat Peranginan Ski Sungai Asari, dan kolam air panas luaran hotel ini sangat bagus. Ada sesuatu yang istimewa tentang mengalami musim sejuk.

Very convenient location if you are into skii/snowboarding. It’s quite centralized to majority of the slopes and only 30mins drive to Otaru town. Only downside there is no food nearby by the hotel itself has 2 restaurant. The Japanese one was superb, good food with reasonable price, sadly only open few days a week.

We always stayed at this hotel when we visited Otaru as we enjoyed the large spacious room and the amenities were great (we love the set of toiletries and Nespresso machine). It is part of the mega wingbay shopping centre and the supermarket can be accessed internally from the hotel lobby up to midnight, which we appreciate especially during winter season. The mountain view room also has a beautiful view during winter time.

I really love this winkel village! It's just a short walk to Asarigawaonsen Ski Resort for skiing. We can enjoy BBQs even in winter and the private outdoor onsen right outside the room is a huge bonus for my family. Definitely planning to return! Great value for the money. Note: We took a taxi from Otaru Station to Winkel Village and it cost around 5,000 yen. The price was reasonable too.

這次來小樽，在這家酒店住了兩晚，特別滿意！酒店前台和工作人員服務態度真的特別特別好，入住體驗超棒！酒店裡有温泉，早餐晚餐也準備得很豐盛，晚餐是在一個單獨的小和室，私密性很好！出行方面，門口就是巴士站，坐巴士去市區很便利，另外酒店早上九點半也有免費的接駁車可以到市區的巴士站，總之特別滿意的一次入住！再次誇獎一下服務態度，真的很棒～住得很開心的兩天！

優點：自然環境不錯，周邊綠水青山，空氣清新，晚上可以看到滿天星星。 缺點：離市區較遠，周邊衹有一家大型酒店可以提供餐飲服務。房間沒有吹風機、沒有燒開水的壺（吹風機在前台共用，走廊有共用的提供開水的飲水機）。房間沒有桌子，放東西不方便。提供的房型與攜程描述的不一樣（沒有沙發）。

My first visit to Otaru was truly unforgettable, all thanks to my experience at this wonderful hotel! Located just a pleasant 20-minute drive from Otaru Station, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil, private area that feels like stepping into a captivating wonderland. I was delighted to discover a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it effortlessly convenient to explore the surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly by name, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Taking off our shoes upon entering the hotel created a feeling of comfort and cleanliness that made us feel right at home. After a smooth check-in process, during which they confirmed our breakfast time, the staff graciously guided us through the hotel, sharing helpful information about opening hours for various amenities. Our room was beautifully adorned in traditional Japanese style, complete with an open-air bath. Enjoying this serene experience during the winter was simply magical! We also savored a delectable Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was not only a feast for our taste buds but also left us delightfully satisfied. The onsens were a real highlight, featuring an adjacent sauna. With daily alternating access for women and men every other day, we were able to enjoy both during our stay. Families will find this hotel exceptionally accommodating, thanks to its variety of playrooms and relaxation spaces catering to guests of all ages. Plus, the complimentary refreshments and bar in the lobby until 10 PM added a lovely touch to our experience. Breakfast was a true delight, with a peaceful view of the snow outside the restaurant, enhancing the serene atmosphere. On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the JR station, making our exit seamless and convenient. Looking back, our only regret is that we stayed just one night—I can't wait to return and immerse myself in a different season's beauty. This hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure!

The staff at Ginrinsou were fabulous and we felt so welcomed to the hotel. The history of the building made it an incredible experience.

I love this room so much. The location is perfect, near the JR Station. The room is big enough for us to open two suitcases fully. One thing I very much like is the laundry pods, the smell is very fragrant！I wanna know about the brand of the laundry pods.
