Excellent onsen with very nice private onsen in the room surrounded by Sakura trees. Very nice omakase dinner served in room, excellent service from the team. Lounge area serving beer, sparkling wines and other non alcoholic beverage all inclusive in the package price is a nice touch. Highly recommended

服務：日式服務基本無處挑剔，唯獨前台與服務生英語口音交流有點障礙。旅店自帶一次接客服務，要是還有送客服務就完美了。 衞生：整潔無浮灰，所有物品疊放整齊。 温泉：和式温泉旅館等重中之重，兩湯輪換，半山腰的雪景同時俯瞰小樽，美極了，水温合適，設備齊全，就是換衣間因為年代久遠沒有擴建顯得有些狹小，不過在沒有幾個住客的旅館無傷大雅，有時可以享受到一人温泉。 餐食：帶一份晚餐與早餐，一泊二食。晚餐omakase，食材是獨屬冬季北海道的鮮美，口味因人而異，總體質量不錯；早餐經典日式早餐，清淡健康。 通勤：享受這樣富有韻味的温泉和式旅館，必不可少得忍受它不便利的交通，酒店在山上，若是沒有提前聯繫好接送，衹能打車。 設施：年代久遠卻不破敗，所有房間設施都有舒適的使用體驗。温泉區設施大部分使用體驗很好，保留傳統的用浴流程，吹風機稍顯老舊。

Fantastic hotel, I lost my wallet and front desk staff requested housing keeping staff to search my room again after checked out. The housekeeping staff manage to find my wallet and return it to me. I am so glad that this is a trust worth it hotel, I will go back next year again.

This hotel is impressive, with great location (just opposite JR otaru station) and awesome onsen. The onsen is amazing. Indoor, there's a sauna, 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool. There are 2 additional hot pools outdoor. If you have a tattoo, you can ask the reception for tattoo stickers. The view is also beautiful. Will stay in this hotel again if i ever come back to otaru.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

The hotel is new and modern, and its location directly opposite the Otaru Canal is convenient for sight seeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the onsen facilities were well-maintained. However, a serious lapse in basic operational standards significantly impacted my stay. I was assigned a room that was both unlocked and had not been cleaned. This is an unacceptable level of oversight for any hotel. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the front desk. There was no sincere apology or meaningful recovery effort to address the situation. While the property itself has strong potential, this incident raises concerns about overall quality control and staff professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Connected to the hotel is a big shopping mall, which makes it easy to get food or go for shopping. Hotel is a bit aged, with the late 90’s type of decor. Parking is convenient, so for those who do self driving, this is one of the better locations.

Cozy Inn is superb, can easily be reached by bus or by car. Plenty of parking spaces. Room is big and clean. Close to Aeon and Daiso. Walkable to the canal if you are not driving. Check in uses machine and strictly only after 3pm, so do not come early. Overall, I highly recommend!

We appreciated the basic utensils and cutlery provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The thoughtful inclusion of toothbrushes and toothpaste was a nice touch, and the microwave was handy for quick reheats. Comfort is well-addressed with one air-conditioner and a heater, ensuring a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather. The washing machine was a huge convenience, and we had options for drying clothes either on the hanger stand inside the room or on the balcony. The location is a major highlight, being within easy walking distance to both Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. We also found it convenient to have a Lawson and various eateries nearby, though it's a good idea to check their opening hours as they can vary. Important Considerations for Your Stay While the location is excellent, it's important to note that the road leading to the building is steep. This could be particularly challenging if you're driving, and we would not advise driving during winter due to the road conditions. For those with a car, there are two parking areas available. The closer one has three slots, while a slightly further option offers approximately 12 slots. Keep this in mind, especially if you prioritize a closer parking spot.

You will feel comfy and relaxed, like sitting and slaying at your home. We're 4 pax and stayed 1 night, but feel hommy and humble in everything here. Our room can fit 4-6 pax. Pls enjoy here if you love English country style!!
