Hotel berhampiran Kuil Hozen-ji, Osaka

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the room is spacious. The staff is polite and friendly, making my stay pleasant. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I loved my stay here! Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The location was great and the ‘capsule’ was roomier than I thought it would be. I had a great time. The only problem was the pillow was not very comfortable and the USB port was not working in my capsule. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel is ideally located, two minutes from Universal Park. It is very convenient to wake up immediately in an amusement park. The hotel is also very close to the metro station. The breakfast is varied, but all the food is absolutely cold, more like leftover dinner from yesterday. Although there is a lot of food, it is not very tasty. The girls at the reception weren't very nice either. The hotel looks quite stylish and expensive, but the whole couch was stained, and in general the room is quite shabby.

I came back for a second stay because I had a really good experience here before. Everything is still good overall, but the check-in this time was a bit frustrating. A new trainee at reception asked me to wait at the side. I waited for around 45 minutes while she finished checking in other guests. After that, she went to do something else, and I was basically left waiting there. I thought she was just busy, but no one came over to check if I still needed help. The room this time also had a slight smell when I first entered, but it was still okay for me. They provide an air freshener in the room, so that helped. Other than these small issues, I still like the hotel. The location, facilities and overall comfort are still good, and I would still consider staying here again.

Location is excellent. It's a very short walk to all Osaka's nightlife including Dotonbori, Kuromon market, bars and clubs at Shinsaibashi. In short, it is located in Osaka action central. Room was very clean. Beddings, blankets and pillows have a freshly washed smell. They provide free coffee and 2 pieces of delicious bread and a cold drink for breakfast. I strongly recommend

The location is conveniently located between shinsaibashi and namba station. It is not too noisy and crowded in the area. Location was amazing for shopping, whenever we had too much to carry we would head back to drop everything off and take a quick rest. There are many great food options nearby like ichiran, okonomiyaki ajinoya hoten, onigiri gorichan, gyukatsu motomura and idaten. The room had ample space for our 4 huge luggages and 3 cabin luggages. The room might be slightly dark but there is sunlight in the morning. The toilet bowl, bathtub/shower area and sink is in individual rooms. It may be convenient or inconvenient for some. However for the room we stayed in, we struggled to find areas to hang our clothes while showering as there was no hooks to hang them in the shower area. The soundproofing is not the best but not too noisy. The hotel breakfast is great! I loved the corn soup, rice, curry and their eggs. Their croissant is fragrant and tasty too. They had a wide spread of salad that rotates. They had salmon avocado salad, wagyu beef salad and pork with carrot sauce salad (my favourite). They had yogurt and fruits too. They also had a small gym and a lounge with a pool table.

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
