really love this hotel!! walking distance to dotonbori, literally 30 seconds to yotsubashi line and there’s 24hour aeon supermarket to get your instant food and drinks. hotel is super clean and cosy, with big beds and able to open 3 big luggage at once. Yesterda I stayed at Ace Capsule Hostel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone looking to try capsule-style accommodation, very good. First and foremost, the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds themselves were surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy, private space that made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What really stood out to me were the excellent amenities. The hostel truly thinks of everything to make your stay hassle-free. A major bonus was that they provide both a small towel and a big towel for guests, which is incredibly convenient and saved me from having to pack my own. The shower facilities and common areas were also spotless and fully stocked. Between the comfort, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful perks, this hostel offers incredible value for budget travelers and solo backpackers in Osaka. The location was perfect ! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and classic Japanese capsule experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

We stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Hotel Park Front bersama anak lelaki saya yang berumur 12 tahun selama tiga hari dua malam semasa melawat Universal Studios Jepun. Lokasinya hebat-betul-betul di seberang taman, menjadikannya sangat mudah. Kawasan sekitar mempunyai pusat membeli-belah dengan pelbagai pilihan tempat makan dan hiburan malam yang meriah, jadi anda tidak akan tersesat. Walaupun hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk klasik yang lebih lama, ia bersih dan menawarkan bilik yang luas pada harga yang berpatutan. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya untuk keluarga yang merancang untuk melawat USJ, kerana ia menjimatkan kerumitan perjalanan jauh selepas penat seharian di taman tema. Kakitangannya ramah, walaupun saya tidak banyak berinteraksi dengan mereka. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah lazat dengan pilihan yang baik, tetapi terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan berdekatan, termasuk Tully's Cafe dan McDonald's, jadi pertimbangkan untuk menjimatkan wang dengan makan di luar. Secara keseluruhan, pilihan yang mantap untuk keluarga, terutamanya memandangkan harga yang berpatutan untuk penginapan yang selesa!

Our stay at Koko Hotel was excellent as we met Mr S. Vihanga who is helpful and friendly. Assisted with our luggage storage on the first day and the last day. He showed us where to take the lift, the train stations for our destination. Kudos to his attentive service. Hotel location is convenient with many eateries. Train station is very close to the hotel. Room is clean although it is quite small. Like the heated toilet seat and bidet at all times. Basic amenities are met. Hair dryer is powerful too. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Suasana yang hebat. Bilik kecil tetapi lengkap :) pancuran mandian 🚿 tekanan air sangat baik. Kebanyakan hotel Jepun hanya membersihkan 3 hari sekali. Dan ini juga tetapi mereka memberikan tuala baharu setiap hari dan gantungkan di pintu. Saya akan katakan agak mudah ke stesen terdekat - sakaisuji Hommachi. Tetapi perlu menukar ke laluan lain untuk tempat-tempat utama seperti Osaka / dotonbori. Secara keseluruhan akan kembali!

Having a washing machine right in the room is super handy if you need to do laundry. There are also plenty of massage spots nearby, which is nice! If it’s your first time visiting Osaka and you wanna stay around Shinsaibashi, this place is a solid choice. One big issue though: I extended my stay for 2 more nights through Trip.com. When I approached them l, they asked me for 2,000. What I meant is that when it came to the single room I originally booked, they told me they were out of space and tried to make me pay extra to upgrade. Like, my booking was already confirmed! How can you just turn around and say the room type is fully booked? Normally, the hotel should give you a free upgrade in a situation like this, not demand more cash. It wasn’t my fault to begin with.

I stayed at FL Hotel Dotonbori for two nights. When I arrived at Osaka Station, I was happy that the hotel was within walking distance, so getting there was very easy. The hotel is located slightly behind the main Dotonbori area, but it’s still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The location is definitely convenient. When you enter the hotel, the amenities are placed in front of the reception, so you need to pick up whatever you need from the lobby before going up to your room. They provide pajamas, slippers, and other basic amenities. One nice thing is that they offer free breakfast every morning. It’s simple, just two pieces of bread per person and hot drinks, but it’s still a nice touch. Everything is set up in front of the reception, and you can take it back to your room. For me, there were a few downsides. I noticed a suspicious stain on the blanket on my bed. It wasn’t on the bedsheet itself, but on the blanket, which made me feel like housekeeping may have overlooked it. The room size is about average for Japan. I was able to fit three large suitcases in the room, but there wasn’t much walking space, so I had to step around them. Another issue is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Unfortunately, during my stay, my neighbors were quite loud at night, so that affected my sleep
