Had a very pleasant stay at Grand Central Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a smooth and restful stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. What really stood out was the helpful service from the staff—especially their assistance in arranging and sending our luggage to our next destination. This made the whole travel experience much more convenient and stress-free, and we truly appreciated it. For solo travelers, this hotel is especially suitable—it feels safe, efficient, and easy to navigate, with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Overall, a reliable and service-oriented hotel that delivers great comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

Saya melanjutkan penginapan saya kerana ini adalah hotel yang hebat, dan saya suka tinggal di suatu tempat yang agak jauh dari bandar. Ia adalah tempat yang sangat bagus dan kakitangannya juga sangat mesra.

The front desk speak very fluent English, this is something not to be taken for granted in Japan. The front desk nice lady recommended us to a building just few streets across for very nice and famous nagoya chicken, and japanese set rice.

The hotel was very good. I was able to leave my bags in the reception area when I arrived earlier than expected, so I could go and explore hands free. It was clean, it was in a good location, slightly hard to find at first but after that all good. Fast WiFi, it had a charging port for usb on the bed and then it had a plug on the desk. It had a shower and bath area. It came with shampoo, co conditioner, body wash etc. The only bad thing I have to say is that the bed was quite hard compared to what I’m used to. A lot of people prefer that but I didn’t get the best nights sleep because of this. That’s the only thing I will say though. The staff were super helpful, housekeeping calls at 10am to clear your bin which is great! All in all very good I would stay again.

Location is a little inconvenient but I chose this hotel as I wanted to explore a new neighbourhood this time. There is a family mart 1 min away which is convenient as the hotel don't provide bottled water, there is also a Hiroshima style okonomiyaki 2 mins away which was good! Near the front desk, there's a station where you could choose your own pillow. Wanted to try out the tempur pillow but it was not available on the 2 nights I stayed there. Room is a little small but manageable even with 2 luggages. Probably would not stay here again since its a little inconvenient, but would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in kanda!

The location is great. I had a problem with the safe lockers in the room. They repaired really fast, but after a few times, it still didn't work. In the end, they change a new room just next to my original one which is helpful. There are two pillow types, really confortable. The amenity is complete, the pajamas is confortable. My room type is not facing the main road, so the noice was ok, not affecting my sleep. The bedhead light is dimmable, really helpful.

Hotel was located about 600m from Tokyo Station and was to the left of the Central exit. Room was a bit small and the bathroom especially the shower area in the long bath was at a height and quite unsafe when leaving it especially for seniors like me and have to be very careful cause there are no support bars. Breakfast was simple. Not value for money as it is S$245 for a night's stay.

It's our first hotel in Japan. Apparently the check in time is generally at 3-4pm here. But we had no problem with our luggages on our arrival since we rent a car from Narita. We asked trip if the hotel has parking and the AI bot reply no. So we booked a rental car for Fujisan Roadtrip on day 1 in Japan for one day only eventhough we need a rental car for the second day too to Kamikochi. Eventually when we arrived, they do have paid parking lot. One right in front of the hotel, another one just across the small street in front of thr hotel and another one about 20-30metes from the hotel. Tokyo has the highest rate for paid parking compared to Kyoto and Osaka. But we knew later after when we wanted to check in (at around 9pm) and the car we already booked just for a day. We had to walk back to the Nippon Rent A Car next morning to rent another car to Kamikochi. The location is convenient, not far from the train station nor the rental car place. So many konbini nearby, and the staffs are super friendly. They only have one iron to share among the guests so bring your own and make sure to pack them well. Ours malfunction. They have washing machines, ice machine and the room is cosy and clean. Not spacious obviously but beds are huge for us both.

The Mitsui Garden Hotel at Otemachi was very well located for getting around Tokyo and there was a good amount of useful convenience stores nearby too. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the shower was surprisingly powerful. It was also really helpful to have washer/dryers available at the hotel too. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and incredibly polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
