Stayed 3days2nights with breakfast and dinner, extremely enjoyable stay with hotel new century. I would highly recommend staying here. 1. Friendly staff welcoming us, fluent English explanation 2. take a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station. 3. Before leaving, the staff was proactive to take photos in front of the Fuji mountain view And we received 4pcs of postcards when checking out time. 4. I like the onsen in high view during night time, and also lower the floor onsen in the morning with a mountain view of Fuji. 5. Food delicious 🤤 morning/dinner meal also can add rice. 4 selection of dinner meal. 6. Walked right side to the bridge in the morning for sunrise, amazing took lots of nice photos! Quite a lot of people are waiting for sunrise as well 🌄 前一天晚上才订巴士票，seibu bus ikebukuro上巴士。回也是前一天晚上订回程巴士票，从河口湖到新宿南口。We took the bus and Reached Kawaguchiko station, walked to the bus station no.10 and luckily met up shuttle hotel bus of the new century hotel. We just checked in, dropped our luggage, walked to a nearby restaurant having a lunch meal set. then walked to a nearby cable car with a 10% discount from the hotel. During night time, the information counter closed, we took a nearby red color bus station to go back from kawaguchiko eki station back to the hotel. If Walking.. need 20min+.. Overall, a happy stay during my honeymoon trip! Hopefully I will stay in the hotel again! Appreciated for the people we met, sweet memories trip..

Nice spacious room, complete. Secluded hotel up the hills, need transportation to go up 200m of ascend. The room had the best views of mt fuji. Definitely a plus! The dinner serve was fulfilling n nice for cool spring nights. Perfect for a quiet n peaceful stay!!! 2 nights in mid April, 2026

First time stay . Thought it come with the private outdoor bath but realize the official website and 3rd party booking us different ,so slightly get disappointed. Overall stay is good with shuttle bus to pick up during arrival and checkout but do take note upon requesting it booking only. The lobby will have snacks and welcome drink which allow u free to take. Room is spacious and clean. The dinner was great who prefer simple and varieties japanese food. The location so far is good is about 15-20min walking distance to kawaguchiko station

Location is great and can see Fujisan from the room and onsen when Fujisan allows us to see. Fantastic views can be expected. But the hotel is too old without renovation given the high price. Bad smells from the room and onsen entrance. Not recommend to young couples in particular.

Stayed here for two nights the first half was fairly pleasant, room was big with unobstructed view of lake kawaguchi and mt fuji. However the second night we found a huge spider in our toilet room and we called the front desk for help but there was no staff member as it’s not a 24hr service hotel only two securities were there; the staff all went home. So we had to play hide and seek with the spider and took us 3 hours to kill it and finally have a good nights sleep. Told the staff about it the next day and they just acknowledged it and did nothing which was very disappointing for a so called 5 star hotel

Bilik: Memang besar, lebih kepada bilik dan ruang tamu, tetapi tidak ada tab mandi, tetapi terdapat kolam air panas awam untuk mandi, dipisahkan untuk lelaki dan wanita. Semua yang lain sangat bagus, lihat gambar 3. Landskap: Anda boleh melihat Gunung Fuji apabila anda membuka tingkap Adakah perkara lain penting? 4. Saya menempah pakej dengan sarapan pagi dan makan malam. Makan malamnya enak dan sarapannya agak ringkas. 5. Tingkap boleh dibuka untuk pengudaraan, yang paling saya mahukan tingkap hotel di Jepun tidak boleh dibuka pada musim sejuk, pemanasan terlalu panas dan saya tidak boleh menerimanya hotel ini boleh dibuka untuk pengudaraan yang paling saya suka. Sangat disyorkan, perkhidmatan juga sangat baik👍

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking). Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy. The view from the villa was great! The beds were nice! Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe! The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in. The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

It was definitely an enjoyable and worthy experience of traditional ryokan with tatami and futon with the best view of Mt. Fuji from the room window! The hotel itself overlooks parts of Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchiko, and we even added on dinner and breakfast during the stay! They are simply one of the best meals during the trips in Tokyo! The onsen is another bonus to enjoy while seeing the view of Mt Fuji, even though it is public hot spring which might be a culture shock. Definitely worth to try it out again to enjoy the traditional Japan vibes around Lake Kawaguchiko.

The staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.  When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.  The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.  Would absolutely stay with them again.

Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik Saya bimbang tentang bilik merokok tetapi segala-galanya bagus
