PPengguna TetamuMy second stay at a Croom hotel. Both times experience has been great. Room is compact but clean. Location wise I give a slightly lower rating only because of the lack.of escalator from the station. The combini outlets nearby are smaller, esp the nearest 7-11. So I ended up going further for the bigger outlets for.more choices. Rooms are very quiet despite facing the road. Overall a happy and comfortable stay.

AANDREAS NUR JAHJAComfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is only 300 meters from JR Nagoya station shinkansen side (Tokaido side) so it took less than 10 minutes for us to walk to the hotel because we took the shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagoya. We were impressed with the toilet in the room that looked like Japanese style.The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Everything needed is provided. highly recommended.

Thoughtful Amenities
The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience.
Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho
One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed.
Proactive Assistance
After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi.
Housekeeping
I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort.
Summary
In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

PPengguna TetamuI booked 2 rooms for our family totally 2adults,1teen and 1kid. The space of room is enough for 2, everything is perfect. Location is great and complimentary breakfast is really good. We can leave luggages at hotel when going to Nagashima Spaland.

LlinniiPerfect for short stays. Located near Nagoya Station - making taking JR/Shinkansen and the subway very easy. There’s plentiful restaurants around and the capsules were rather comfortable. Things to note is that they are unable to store luggage and you need to be out of the capsule rooms between 11-3, you can stay in the L10 lounge if you need somewhere to rest. They have lockers for you to store your stuff and is locked via. a QR code. The locker area is a bit tight for space but will be fine if you don’t stay for long-term and need to sort your luggage constantly. The showers were decently sized and there were enough bathrooms for use provided that it’s not rush hour. Overall, the experience was good and I would definitely stay at another 9h hotel for its price, comfort and convenience c:

JJuerl CalanasanOur stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya.
The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day.
Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room.
About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station.
There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal.
There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel.
Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place.
Overall, the place is nice & cozy.

Need to bring own indoor slippers , else counter purchase rm1.00. Still you can choose bare foot but looks like indoor slipper will be better.
The luggage storage after check out is on charged. It says per beg 300yen.
Each dorm has own computer with monitor.
Walk abit from metro station.

VVinnie_OngRoom price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
