Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Roppongi is a convenient budget hotel in a prime location, just steps from the station. Rooms are small but clean and well-equipped, making it suitable for short stays. Service is decent, though self check-in can feel impersonal. Overall, good value for money, but not ideal if you prefer spacious rooms or full-service comfort

Very convenient hotel with a perfect location, very near to two different stations. Akasaka is a lovely area to stay in and there’s lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff was very kind and English friendly, everything was smooth and easy. The room was tight (as expected in the center of Tokyo!) but with a good layout and everything I could need. Very quiet at night as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice experience!Overall I recommend it for solo travellers. The location is central and it is close to metro stations. Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday. One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem. Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.

Great facilities overall. Loved the airweave bedding. Unfortunately it was hot as balls in the capsule with no personal AC provided. The fan didn't make a dent in the heat. Sleeping was doable without a blanket but I wouldn't return because of this :(

I wrote a longer review of this place that covers the basics. After I ended a business trip I decided to stay on in Tokyo so just rebooked at this spot on the app. It seems like the staff here run bookings mostly with a hand written ledger --- when I mentioned to them I was staying longer they just made a note of it and then left me a message when it was confirmed, very chill. Overall the staff at this place were pretty great. I was there for two weeks and in the time I was there I saw maybe like ten different people working there. As an English speaker, sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was never really a problem, and there is clear signage about all of the most important policies all over the place in English, Korean, and Chinese. It was always a friendly experience, most of the ppl working there were older with a kind of caring auntie vibe, so that was fun. At one point I asked to move bunks because a guy on my floor was super sick, and they arranged it with no hassle or fuss, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for the staff.

It is really small and has no seperate rooms, entrance, washroom, beds amd resting area are all in one space. It is a lively area and offers water. But the wifi didnt work consistantly, and it smelled weird. There is a lot of korean food nearby.

Affordable. Can walk directly to the hotel underground from the train station. fThere is a small supermarket nearby but few eateries to choose from. Over 200 free videos to watch which is very surprising.

This hotel is very near to Meguro station, just walk for 2-3 minutes from the station (East exit), it's very easy to commute by JR Yamanote line or subway Mita line. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel, so it's very convenient. The check-in and check-out is by self service. You need to register with your passport to get the digital key number to access the door. The room is very clean and good bed, I really enjoy sleeping at night. It's very good 😊
