PPengguna TetamuThe location is very good. Right next to AEON and McDonald’s, and there’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The subway station is also beside the hotel, and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi. I would stay here again next time I come back.

CCherrie YiHad a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent — right next to Dotonbori Street, making it super convenient for food, shopping, and sightseeing. Everything was within walking distance, and the area was lively both day and night. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.
If you’re staying at main tower residence, you can request for daily housekeeping at no extra cost. Otherwise it’ll be scheduled housekeeping, maybe once every 3-4 days.

CCassandra’sSuasana yang hebat. Bilik kecil tetapi lengkap :) pancuran mandian 🚿 tekanan air sangat baik. Kebanyakan hotel Jepun hanya membersihkan 3 hari sekali. Dan ini juga tetapi mereka memberikan tuala baharu setiap hari dan gantungkan di pintu. Saya akan katakan agak mudah ke stesen terdekat - sakaisuji Hommachi. Tetapi perlu menukar ke laluan lain untuk tempat-tempat utama seperti Osaka / dotonbori. Secara keseluruhan akan kembali!

We have booked Tokyu Stay hotels in the past, and this room is by far the best one we have stayed in. Will visit again in the future.

SsurayabhrdnHad an enjoyable stay here at Mercure! Amenities were complete, housekeeping & receptionists were friendly and able to converse in English which made our stay more pleasant.
Location of the hotel is sooo convenient.
- a 10-min walk from Shinsaibashi/Namba station
- has family mart and donki nearby
- taxi fare from the hotel to Nankai Namba Station (for the airport) was 1,400 won
- all you have to do is cross the main road and you’ll already arrive at Shinsaibashi shopping street!
My luggage was also damaged during my flight to Osaka, so the staff politely helped to handle the disposal of my luggage for free.
The only thing that slightly bothered me was the superrrr dark lighting in the room. There were times I had to use my phone’s flashlight to find things but it was still bearable for me.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at FL Hotel Dotonbori for two nights. When I arrived at Osaka Station, I was happy that the hotel was within walking distance, so getting there was very easy.
The hotel is located slightly behind the main Dotonbori area, but it’s still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The location is definitely convenient.
When you enter the hotel, the amenities are placed in front of the reception, so you need to pick up whatever you need from the lobby before going up to your room. They provide pajamas, slippers, and other basic amenities.
One nice thing is that they offer free breakfast every morning. It’s simple, just two pieces of bread per person and hot drinks, but it’s still a nice touch. Everything is set up in front of the reception, and you can take it back to your room.
For me, there were a few downsides. I noticed a suspicious stain on the blanket on my bed. It wasn’t on the bedsheet itself, but on the blanket, which made me feel like housekeeping may have overlooked it.
The room size is about average for Japan. I was able to fit three large suitcases in the room, but there wasn’t much walking space, so I had to step around them.
Another issue is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Unfortunately, during my stay, my neighbors were quite loud at night, so that affected my sleep

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
