really love this hotel!! walking distance to dotonbori, literally 30 seconds to yotsubashi line and there’s 24hour aeon supermarket to get your instant food and drinks. hotel is super clean and cosy, with big beds and able to open 3 big luggage at once. Would 100% highly recommend this hotel!! singapore couple here

Yesterda I stayed at Ace Capsule Hostel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone looking to try capsule-style accommodation, very good. First and foremost, the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds themselves were surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy, private space that made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What really stood out to me were the excellent amenities. The hostel truly thinks of everything to make your stay hassle-free. A major bonus was that they provide both a small towel and a big towel for guests, which is incredibly convenient and saved me from having to pack my own. The shower facilities and common areas were also spotless and fully stocked. Between the comfort, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful perks, this hostel offers incredible value for budget travelers and solo backpackers in Osaka. The location was perfect ! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and classic Japanese capsule experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

New, modern hotel in the centre of Namba, only minutes walk to the train stations, the canal and to hundreds of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc Good service, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast. Next door to a 7-eleven. Only drawback, the rooms are somewhat small. Overall, highly recommended 👌

I loved the facilities from this hotel. Which is we have the room with washing machine. Becoz every single time I came to Japan I only bring less shirt to save my luggage space🤣 The room is comfortable and they have quite complete amenities. Suasana yang hebat. Bilik kecil tetapi lengkap :) pancuran mandian 🚿 tekanan air sangat baik. Kebanyakan hotel Jepun hanya membersihkan 3 hari sekali. Dan ini juga tetapi mereka memberikan tuala baharu setiap hari dan gantungkan di pintu. Saya akan katakan agak mudah ke stesen terdekat - sakaisuji Hommachi. Tetapi perlu menukar ke laluan lain untuk tempat-tempat utama seperti Osaka / dotonbori. Secara keseluruhan akan kembali!

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

The location is close to Nipponbashi station and Dotonbori street! Staff are really nice, they allow us to leave our luggages even after check out. It's also close to Doton plaza where there's bus that directly goes to KIX airport! Amenities are readily available on the lobby.

Almost in Dotonbori itself. Located away from the crowded area, yet just around the corner from the bright store fronts and streets filled with shoppers and night life crowd. Conveniently close to food, shopping and about 10 mins walk to the train stations. Lively area at night, quiet in the mornings. Hotel was basic, service from the front desk felt transactional and lacked hospitality.
