SsellafalianStayed at Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi and honestly, the biggest highlight is the LOCATION. It’s literally just steps away from the subway—like a few seconds walk from the entrance. You can exit the station and almost immediately be at the hotel, which made getting around Osaka incredibly easy and stress-free.
The convenience is next level. There’s even a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or quick meals anytime was super easy. Plus, Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori are within walking distance, so everything feels very accessible.
The room itself is clean, modern, and well-designed—compact as expected in Japan, but very functional and comfortable. The bathroom layout is especially well thought out, and everything feels new and well-maintained.
Service was smooth and efficient, with easy check-in and helpful staff. Overall, this hotel is perfect if you want a strategic base in Osaka.
Would definitely stay here again—especially for how unbelievably close it is to the subway. It really makes a huge difference after a long day exploring!

IIamliuEverything was excellent! Location, staffs, amenities, cleanliness and the capsule itself it big enough for one. My only concerns was the dryer time for the laundry is too short which could not dry up the cloths I washed! So I need to dry it up for 3rd times which still not enough dry and the check out time is too early! I could feel in the piblic area many tourist was still sleepy while they has to forced to check out before 10am. Thats the earliest check out i ever experience in my travel life. Hopefully the management could do apmething about it. So atleast people would have perfext experience with the hotel stay in acro. Other than that, The rest was good.

PPengguna TetamuThe overall experience was good, and you simply can't beat the location—it's the best in Osaka, especially in Namba. However, the room was quite small, and the facilities are limited. If you're looking for a place to sleep and explore the city, it works well, but don't expect much space or extra amenities.

BBTboysI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

AAmeliaWatsonOverall, the stay was quite good. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, and the room was comfortable, which was definitely a plus.
However, the service could be improved as it didn’t feel very attentive. The most disappointing part was on the last day — even though I had already paid 2000 yen for a late check-out until 1pm, someone still knocked on my door early in the morning asking me to leave. It was quite unexpected and made me feel uncomfortable, as if there was a miscommunication.
I hope the hotel can improve on this to avoid similar situations in the future.
全体的に滞在は良かったです。設備は新しくて充実しており、部屋も快適で大きなプラスでした。
ただ、サービス面はやや配慮に欠けると感じました。特に残念だったのは最終日で、13時までのレイトチェックアウト（2000円）を支払っていたにもかかわらず、朝早くにドアをノックされて退室を求められたことです。少し驚きましたし、不快にも感じました。コミュニケーションに問題があったのではないかと思います。
今後、このようなことが起こらないよう改善されることを期待しています。

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at FL Hotel Dotonbori for two nights. When I arrived at Osaka Station, I was happy that the hotel was within walking distance, so getting there was very easy.
The hotel is located slightly behind the main Dotonbori area, but it’s still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The location is definitely convenient.
When you enter the hotel, the amenities are placed in front of the reception, so you need to pick up whatever you need from the lobby before going up to your room. They provide pajamas, slippers, and other basic amenities.
One nice thing is that they offer free breakfast every morning. It’s simple, just two pieces of bread per person and hot drinks, but it’s still a nice touch. Everything is set up in front of the reception, and you can take it back to your room.
For me, there were a few downsides. I noticed a suspicious stain on the blanket on my bed. It wasn’t on the bedsheet itself, but on the blanket, which made me feel like housekeeping may have overlooked it.
The room size is about average for Japan. I was able to fit three large suitcases in the room, but there wasn’t much walking space, so I had to step around them.
Another issue is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Unfortunately, during my stay, my neighbors were quite loud at night, so that affected my sleep

Uuuxoxo99Everything was good overall. The room has a modern theme, and the cleanliness is still very good.
The room is bigger than most hotels in Japan and we could open two big suitcases comfortably.
The location is excellent. It’s right next to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, and within walking distance to both Shinsaibashi Station and Namba Station. I would rate the location 100/10. There’s also a FamilyMart just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.
The service was good and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage even after we checked out, which was really helpful.
The only thing that could be improved is the bottled water. There were only two bottles of water in the room and they were refilled daily. Because of that, we tried asking for two more bottles from the reception before heading out each day. For the first two days, the staff were happy to give them to us, but on the third day a staff member mentioned that each room could only get two bottles. It would be better if the hotel could provide more bottled water in the room or increase the limit for guests.

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan.
Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap.
Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae.
Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat.
