JJustin Brito SantanaThis hotel didn’t just meet my expectations, it completely surpassed them in every way imaginable. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, polished, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where every single detail comes together so perfectly.
The cleanliness was absolutely flawless. The room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly maintained with the highest level of care. It immediately created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax after traveling.
The location is outstanding, especially for anyone traveling through Incheon Airport. Everything is incredibly convenient and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay.
The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home.
And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious.
This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. This place truly sets the standard.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis is a solid, reasonably priced business hotel in Incheon. The room is tiny but quiet and with a comfortable bed. Excellent multilingual service from the front desk. The included breakfast is substantial with good coffee available. Just a shame it ends at 9.30am even on a Sunday. The hotel is in a handy location close to transport, dining and a large supermarket.

PPengguna TetamuI wanted to stay near the airport so I found this hotel, which was on the cheaper side! I didn’t expect much but when i entered the room, I was greeted by a huge tv screen, bigger than the bed (smart tv), a styler, massage chair and many other amenities such as hair iron. I was amazed by the room and will stay there again!

PPengguna TetamuIt’s my third time staying here. I absolutely love it. It’s immaculately clean and has everything that you need. It’s also close to the subway and various bus stops. There are many restaurants downstairs to dine at and convenience stores too. I would definitely recommend it. 5 ⭐️’s!

However, if you have an early flight, it’s a good idea to book a taxi in advance, as it’s very quiet in the morning. It’s very close to the airport, the travel time is no more than 20 minutes.

Saya menginap di sini kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan awal dan mahukan hotel yang berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang. Daftar masuk adalah tanpa sentuh, jadi saya tidak perlu berinteraksi dengan sesiapa pun di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, yang mana sangat bagus kerana saya letih. Terdapat juga kedai serbaneka berdekatan, jadi saya tidak menemui apa-apa yang menyusahkan semasa penginapan saya. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.
