The room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly maintained with the highest level of care. It immediately created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax after traveling. The location is outstanding, especially for anyone traveling through Incheon Airport. Everything is incredibly convenient and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay. The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home. And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious. This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. Hotel ini berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dengan kedai serbaneka e-mart yang terletak di lobi dan gimnasium 24 jam yang mempunyai dispenser air sejuk dan panas. Terdapat juga bas ulang-alik percuma (42 tempat duduk) ke lapangan terbang yang mudah untuk mereka yang berlepas awal dan malam.

Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma dari Lapangan Terbang Incheon ke Innspark Resort, yang sangat memudahkan. Walau bagaimanapun, pastikan anda menyemak jadual ulang-alik: ia beroperasi dari 8:25 AM hingga 10:25 PM setiap hari (satu bas setiap jam). Peta bas ulang-alik telah dimuat naik. This is a solid, reasonably priced business hotel in Incheon. The room is tiny but quiet and with a comfortable bed. Excellent multilingual service from the front desk. The included breakfast is substantial with good coffee available. Just a shame it ends at 9.30am even on a Sunday. The hotel is in a handy location close to transport, dining and a large supermarket.

I love Browndot hotels as they generally offer plenty of services that others don't. They provide free breakfast, free laundry and in Incheon a free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is located in a very lively part of town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The bedroom was large enough and fully equipped with large screen tv, air purifier, a styler, complete hair kit. I even had a private sauna in my room.

seronok menginap di hotel 4 bintang yang kukuh ini, menyukai perkhidmatan dan ambiente. lokasi yang sangat mudah, semasa transit atau perjalanan singkat, hanya 10 minit dari stesen lapangan terbang Unseo berada di kawasan perumahan dengan taman, kedai dan makanan, banyak, pusat membeli-belah Lotte adalah besar.

Love the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.
