PPengguna TetamuRoom: our room was quite spacious (enough to open 2 large suitcases), appreciated shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was included in the bathroom, the shower and water temperature were nice. One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area.
Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi.
Overall, we had a good stay. On arrival, we noticed one of the hotel lifts is currently undergoing renovation (as of 26th Apr), which made the waiting time longer.
And right in front of the hotel main entrance, there's also construction undergoing. Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment.

PPengguna TetamuEen heel fijne plek, mooie en zeer grote verzorgde kamer (douche en toilet zijn apart; erg praktische badkamer met voldoende plaats om je spullen te zetten en haakjes om dingen op te hangen, leuke grote zithoek in de kamer met 2,5 persoonsbank, tafel met 3 stoelen., veel sfeerverlichting, voldoende stopcontacten, oplaadpunten en kapstokken, grote ramen, goeie verduisteringsgordijnen, strijkijzer en plank, haardroger.... Ik kan echt niets bedenken wat er niet was), weinig lawaai in de gangen.. eigenlijk echt helemaal in orde. Zelf de onze vraag naar een vaas voor op de kamer om ons tulpen uit Keukenhof te kunnen zetten werd onmiddellijk ingewilligd - erg vriendelijke medewerkers, lekker ontbijt (fantastisch dat bananenbrood!) en vlakbij de city (wandelafstand) en veilige buurt. Er is echt betaalbare parking in de buurt op wandelafstand maar je moet een klein beetje moeite doen voorafgaand om het op te zoeken.
Wij hebben echt genoten van de accomodatie in zijn geheel en de ontspannen sfeer die er hing (en nog een kleine aanvulling: de zeep ruikt overheerlijk 🤓). Het is echt een zeer mooie verbouwing geworden van wat vroeger een drukkerij was. Eclectisch en sfeervolle inrichting!. Knap gedaan!
Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen want voor die prijs echt helemaal top!!! Wij komen heel graag terug!

PPengguna TetamuOur initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers.
The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring!
The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.

PPengguna TetamuImpeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

PPengguna TetamuQuite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIts a small hostel with limited room facilities, tiny toilet, broken lift, and horrible shower. Room isn’t really clean, there are couple of students also live there and said they haven’t clean since they move there like 3 days earlier before me. So in total 5 days weren’t be cleaned. Staff is nice tho and central, close to station, 9 minutes walk. Basically rotterdam is a walkable city . I got room with view to the main street which beautiful but very loud.

However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard.
The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city.
Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.

RRocks tripsWorth the money, was only here overnight so ideal, lack of any storage in room far from ideal, no lockers but you could store behind reception if needed, I didn’t get there till 11 pm so just put my bag beside my head as I was getting up early anyway but not convenient if staying more than that

PPengguna TetamuOk let's start with Abigail ( hope spelling is correct) She was delightful. Checked me in and gave me several pointers for where to go, what to see and directions. Other staff there hangIng out also a great tour guide, sorry did not exchange names. The room was good. Only the shower was rough to enter with the glass door opening only part way. Was noted when I checked out to repair. But soo much walkable places close to eat and drink.
