PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is centrally located easy walking distance from central train station. Hotel room was clean and a good size, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the cafe shop in the hotel was great. All the pastries and bread rolls and fillings were always fresh I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rotterdam.

PPengguna TetamuA very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

PPengguna TetamuEen heel fijne plek, mooie en zeer grote verzorgde kamer (douche en toilet zijn apart; erg praktische badkamer met voldoende plaats om je spullen te zetten en haakjes om dingen op te hangen, leuke grote zithoek in de kamer met 2,5 persoonsbank, tafel met 3 stoelen., veel sfeerverlichting, voldoende stopcontacten, oplaadpunten en kapstokken, grote ramen, goeie verduisteringsgordijnen, strijkijzer en plank, haardroger.... Ik kan echt niets bedenken wat er niet was), weinig lawaai in de gangen.. eigenlijk echt helemaal in orde. Zelf de onze vraag naar een vaas voor op de kamer om ons tulpen uit Keukenhof te kunnen zetten werd onmiddellijk ingewilligd - erg vriendelijke medewerkers, lekker ontbijt (fantastisch dat bananenbrood!) en vlakbij de city (wandelafstand) en veilige buurt. Er is echt betaalbare parking in de buurt op wandelafstand maar je moet een klein beetje moeite doen voorafgaand om het op te zoeken.
Wij hebben echt genoten van de accomodatie in zijn geheel en de ontspannen sfeer die er hing (en nog een kleine aanvulling: de zeep ruikt overheerlijk 🤓). Het is echt een zeer mooie verbouwing geworden van wat vroeger een drukkerij was. Eclectisch en sfeervolle inrichting!. Knap gedaan!
Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen want voor die prijs echt helemaal top!!! Wij komen heel graag terug!

LLee CarlisleWas definitely a stay in won't forget (Unsatisfactory!).
From the moment service starting whilst checking in another guest quite innocently was returning their key card as requested by a staff member was rudely brushed off, this set the tone for the majority of the further interactions from staff.
Secondly i was having issue processing payment for a food delivery from an outside vendor and even though we kept ourselves off to the side of other guests we were met with a unwelcoming tone and unwilling to assist from reception staff despite a polite request to offer a solution.
Thirdly I paid for late checkout at the point of checking in with the reception as I was aware I would require to sleep late as my visit meant quite a late return to the room from the previous night only to be awoken at the regular checkout time by unaware sanitation crew.
My conclusion even though this is my 2nd stay with this Hotel (1st being during ongoing renovations) I shall not find myself back as this location. Very unsatisfactory service considering the cost for a 2 night stay

PPengguna Tetamugreat hotel in scheme of things but i can’t lie quite scary and very weird! very good location very good amenities i can’t **** on anything but the fact that the vibe is strange lol. we chose this over further out hotel and as much as we were scared every time we left the room it was quite weird, we were in such a great location! no clue how to rate it it’s so mid but great sorry

PPengguna TetamuImpeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

SSuiyongLocation near Rotterdam Centraal ~900Metre can take tram No 8 platform A to The hostel a few minutes can use credit card scan at the tram when you get in tram and scan to get off tram otherwise they will charge maximum 4Euro I think normal fare is 1.10Euro at Eendrachtsplein station just across road that is hostel.The hostel not available hair dryer,toothpaste toothbrush soap just gel wash and towel if you want towel available at reception and must to pay for it.
There are many shop such as KFC,McDonald,cafe,Albert heijin supermarket.i have booked for 4people in One dorm including bathroom and one more bath room outside

However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard.
The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window.
We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff!
The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.
