CChewy MeiWe’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights.
The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM.
Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by.
We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten.
Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, effortless, and memorable.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent.
Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation since it’s located along the roadside rather than beachfront. The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

AAndrea CheskaWe stayed at Hue Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a lovely experience for our whole family. We really loved the ambiance relaxing, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was consistently good.
What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone made us feel at home, from the pool attendant to the bar staff. Special mention to the guy at the bar counter (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and to the intern Amarah both were very kind, attentive, and always smiling.
My family truly enjoyed our stay, and Hue Hotel is a place we would happily return to. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying with Hue again. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuI was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel has a great location with separate entrances connecting to the main road and the beach. However, hygiene is poor; the corners and balconies are very dusty. The facilities are old, some are damaged, and the doors and beds rattle; the bedding is old and torn. Breakfast is good with a wide selection, but it‘s very crowded and disorganized; during peak hours, there’s no one to seat you and it‘s difficult to find a table. The restaurant is stuffy. The price is moderate, offering good value for money.

PPengguna TetamuAfter checking in we have informed front desk about the air condition not working. Took couple of hours to fix the problem. We request compensation due to air conditioning not working on the day of arrival and overnight on the next day. But they only offered us room transfer which would have been inconvenient with us since we have a lot to things to pack especially while traveling with two kids. With this weather air conditioning is essential for our kids comfort. We weren't able to sleep due to this problem.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
