Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. They're willing to show you cool spots to go to that past guests have enjoyed. The regular shuttle from the hotel to the downtown area and back is an absolute bonus saving you so much money instead of taking the e-trikes, although those are quite fun as well! The pool is well kept and a beautiful addition to anyone's stay there. Would go again.

All was ok , but really far from all the activities. They have transfer, but not many slots. Ppl are nice there. But behind the fridge it was too dirty. Breakfast I also didn’t like , but it is my personal opinion. And they r pet friendly, that is very good. Also massage is good.

Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha

We loved our stay at Canyon. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, though we noticed some stains in the bathroom and on the beach towels. Overall, the attendant handled the concern well. We will definitely come back.

Overall, the was good and the staff are very nice and responsive. But the problem with their room accommodation is their bathroom. The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. За свои деньги вполне, были 4 ночи, с детьми. Полотенца только для тела, пляжных нет. Есть кухонные принадлежности, можно готовить. Расположение до пляжа близко динивид, а вот до торгового центра в горку не близко, минут так 10 . Для экономии бюджета можно воспользоваться проживанием в этом отеле. Нас все устроило. Территория красивая.

We traveled to Boracay for a short getaway and to celebrate my birthday, choosing Hennan Regency based on the appealing views we saw online. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for an overall pleasant stay. I would have rated it 5 out of 5. However, our spa experience fell short—while I was satisfied with my treatment, my mom was not. She felt that her requests were overlooked, and despite opting for the most expensive services, she didn’t find the experience worthwhile. Aside from this issue, everything else was quite good.
