Hotel berhampiran Pantai Oura, Albufeira

Amazing experience at W Algarve!! It is truly a really modern hotel with a lot of Portugese flavor. The bar looks so good along with the lounge area. Rooms were very spacious. We went for our anniversary and were treated to such nice surprises from the staff. Breakfast was pretty good but could have better options. The day spa rate was very nice and had a jacuzzi and sauna. Location is a lil far but good with a car. Overall an amazing experience and the road to the private beach space was a great wal

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Great location. 15min walk from the ***** and 10 mins drive from old town. Everything was great in the hotel, rooms look great. Although we did have strong smoking smell come into our room a few nights even though balcony doors shut. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Having allergies and dietary requirements were not really accommodated. Majority of the foods had egg in them. I emailed in about this before the stay but nothing was sorted out. I emailed a list of foods i can eat. I was also told halal food will be provided for me from the 3rd day with more variety for me. However I received no halal food/meat, and got hummus every morning out of the list I provided. Not the best but I gave up and stuck to just having potatoes and beans on bread every morning. They did bring everything from the back every morning which is a plus I guess. A couple of wrong recommendations about money exchange from reception too. Otherwise really good hotel.

Atendimento 5 estrelas. Chegamos antes da hora do check in e a colega da receção foi super simpática e deixou nos entrar antes da hora uma vez que o quarto já estava disponível. Hotel pequeno e super agradável com bons restaurantes à volta. Um ponto negativo é que o isolamento dos quartos não é o melhor e ouve se algum barulho durante a noite que intensifica a partir das 8h quando as senhoras da limpeza começam o trabalho e até aspiram perto dos quartos.

At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

This is by far the best hostel I stayed at, in spite of the number of occupants. I was lucky to have very quiet boys in the room. There’s only one bathroom, connected to the room, but it worked. The hostel is new, modern and spotless. The owner is very friendly. The hostel is also 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was perfect. It’s a long walk to Albufeira from the city buses, and not very clear where the FlixBus stops. I wouldn’t recommend walking from the train station, which took me 4 hours. There’s a local bus, don’t scrimp = TAKE IT. Or take an Uber, or Bolt. Or ask the taxi what he wants to charge from the bus stop at the train station ! The RedeExpress is where the bus station is (but not for the FlixBus). In summary, you can go to Albufeira by FlixBus, but it’s difficult to know where FlixBus leaves Albufeira from. That all said, Albufeira is very difficult in high season, TOO CROWDED, but the Portuguese are tolerant and very patient because they know that tourism is lucrative and has raised the whole country out of poverty. Residents enjoy cheap and / or free public transport on local buses (cheap monthly passes). Residents are respectful and kind. You can practice your Portuguese with them for a laugh, but they all speak English to varying degrees. Here you can meet real residents. On the beach, not necessarily in the pubs. I loved it here. Don’t miss it.

My hubby and I spent an AMAZING 5 nights at the Holiday Inn in Albufeira. From the moment I walked in, we knew we were in for a treat 💁️. The staff were ABSOLUTE STARS 🤩 - super friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hospitality was top-notch, and it really made my holiday 💖. The hotel and the rooms were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was great. Several options, and everything was freshly made 🍳. The hotel's indoor pool, all be it a bit small, was warm and the steam room and sauna a great treat. And let's not forget the location - the hotel is right in the heart of Albufeira, so everything is within walking distance 🏃♀️. Hotel is on a hill but we soon get used to it. Ubers and Bolt are also a great alternative and are pretty reasonably priced. Overall, I'd give the Holiday Inn Albufeira a solid 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for a fab time in Albufeira 🙌!

Good place to stay in the Algarve – unfortunately we ended up in a 1st floor room (ground level) facing the parking lot. Also the shower hat problems and flooded the entire bathroom and some of the hotel room. They did something to improve, but overall it seemed like bad design and still happened a little bit afterwards. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I wouldn't call it a ”Hotel & Spa” though – the spa facilities are quite limited, small and some were even out of order.

Apartment no. 40 top floor 4 flights of 8 stairs, sea view Last minute 2 night stay location short walk to the beach and the *****, 2 single beds, decent size TV (if needed) kitchenette small but has what you need (has small cups, I need a decent size mug of tea in the morning) also came with washing up kit, sponge cloth and washing up liquid Bathroom, has complimentary hand gel and shower gel (empty) stall, laundry basket very large mirror plus a close up shaving mirror, 2 small bath towels, 2 hand towels and bath mat, hair dryer ( didn't use it) £25 per night (march 9th & 10th) , bad points : only 3 pillows and thin bedding no blankets in room air conditioner need a good clean and rooms need repainting(paint around air con and fireplace flaking off) shower gel was empty
