"The standard rooms, chalets and cabins are not worth the money they charge for them. Most are far away from where one's vehicle must park. The perimeter walls to the property look "dodge" and unsafe. We were not prepared to stay in the chalets, rooms or cabins and had to resort to taking one of the bigger river view chalets for our peace of mind and safety, this was at an additional cost of close to R500 for the night. In general, the place is dated and is in serious need of maintenance. IN general, the prices are over the top and are exploiting the traveller by charging a hefty price because it has a view of the Kruger Park. "

"I know many hotels of the Pestana Group but this one is not the standard of Pestana. it needs urgently renovation. Also the check-in was complicated. The rooms are really old and at the limit to accept. Restaurant the buffet was ok but could be better and the service very slow in the hotel. It really needs urgently attention and can not recommend it at this stage."

"I called to make a booking for one night as it was late. The guy I spoke to told me there was a room available, however, I would have to make a booking reservation via email. I sent the email and got no response. If you don’t want people making bookings, rather say so instead of giving us false hope, especially at night. Sies!!
