"For many years, we've been coming to the lovingly and family-run Hamilton Lodge every summer and particularly appreciate its cozy and relaxed atmosphere, which is becoming increasingly rare in (alpine) tourist regions. The Hamilton Lodge stands alone, nestled in the breathtaking landscape on the edge of the car-free mountain village of Belalp, and offers a fantastic starting point for many stunning hikes. The rooms are comfortable, the team is attentive and welcoming, and the spa after a hike (e.g., to the Foggenhorn with views of the Aletsch Glacier and the Matterhorn) is an absolute highlight. At the end of the day, you're treated to delicious meals and can unwind with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, knowing that a comfortable bed awaits you upstairs. Heel leuk, dank je wel ;-) John & Team!"

"It was very beautiful and comfortable. It was good that there were many outlets and it was within walking distance from the station. Above all, the view from the room in the morning was the best. Check-in is a little inconvenient to have to do at a hotel of about 20 meters away, but you can check in yourself and the staff were kind."

"One of the best places to stay and enjoy the amazing mountain atmosphere in Belalp, Switzerland. We were around 20 people and they've managed us amazingly. The food is great, the hosts were super friendly and very attentious with everything. The rooms were cozy and vintage oriented..and the views in the morning...what a pleasure! We had a great experience: we danced, smiled, we felt in love, just like being at home. We'll book again for sure, I've never felt I could have such welcome place around."
