Cari Hotel baru di Cairo

"Hotel Review I’d love to write this glowing review for every member of the hotel team! The entire staff is gorgeous, warm and extremely welcoming the second we arrived. Their service is truly amazing — attentive, considerate and full of genuine kindness all day long. Every single one of our requests was dealt with efficiently and perfectly, and they all went out of their way to make our stay relaxed and worry-free. We were so impressed by their professionalism and heartfelt care; this outstanding hospitality is unforgettable. Special thanks go to our lovely reception team Mayar and Essra, Lamiaa from Guest Relations, as well as Mena and Gehad from the restaurant. They were all polite, patient and always ready to help with anything we needed throughout our trip. I also want to give a separate sincere compliment to Mohamed Marzouk Belman. He was incredibly helpful when our travel plans suddenly changed. He patiently listened to our issue about checking out early at 6 p.m. and tried his best to figure out a flexible solution for our room booking. His thoughtful support saved us a lot of trouble, and we really appreciate his kindness and dedication. This gorgeous team and amazing service have made our time in Egypt wonderful. I will highly recommend this hotel to every traveler and hope to come back someday!"

"I had a great stay at Atlantis Hotel. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered a breathtaking view. The attention to detail and the high level of service made my trip truly memorable. Highly recommended"

"1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel"

"Very good hotel, the location is nice and close to alot of activities. Arabella Mall and and activities The hotel was super clean. The staff was helpful and nice to assist you all the time. I will recommend the hotel to all my friends, families and followers in the social media."

"Fantastic mattress, ice cold ac, nice lobby, great English speaking service, Aya saved a missing seat cushion of mine and even walked us to our room. The shower needs to be wider for someone my size. Nice sized living room, kitchenette, the tv is useless unless u can read Arabic."
