The hotel is ideally located, two minutes from Universal Park. It is very convenient to wake up immediately in an amusement park. The hotel is also very close to the metro station. The breakfast is varied, but all the food is absolutely cold, more like leftover dinner from yesterday. Although there is a lot of food, it is not very tasty. The girls at the reception weren't very nice either. The hotel looks quite stylish and expensive, but the whole couch was stained, and in general the room is quite shabby.

We had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

Superb location for accessing universal studios theme park. Good size room, sufficient amenities, large rooms but noise from neighbouring room can be heard very clearly.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka during my trip to Osaka, and overall it was a very satisfying experience, especially for a first-time solo traveler visiting the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely its excellent location. The hotel is conveniently connected to transportation, making it extremely easy to travel to many of Osaka’s famous attractions and shopping areas. Whether I wanted to visit Dotonbori, Umeda, Osaka Castle, or even take day trips to nearby cities, getting around was smooth and stress-free. For someone traveling alone and unfamiliar with Osaka, staying here made the entire trip feel much more comfortable and convenient. Another thing that impressed me was the service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk employees were always polite, professional, and welcoming. They greeted guests with genuine smiles and were very helpful whenever I had questions. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier, they still tried their best to assist me, which made me feel appreciated as a guest. Good hospitality can really affect the overall travel experience, and this hotel certainly delivered in that aspect. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Although the room size was slightly small, which is quite common in Japan, the facilities inside were surprisingly complete and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was provided, and the layout was efficient enough that I still felt comfortable during my stay. The in-room hot spring bath was also a very enjoyable feature. After spending long hours walking around Osaka every day, being able to relax in the warm bath at night was incredibly refreshing and helped me recover from fatigue. If I had to mention one downside, it would only be the limited room space. However, considering the location, service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, I still think this hotel offers great value overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka for the first time, especially solo travelers who want a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Had a really pleasant stay at Smile Hotel Premium Osaka Higashishinsaibashi. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to get around Osaka from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka!

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

It’s not far away from Shin-Osaka station (JR). Maybe due to the complexity of the station, it took me quite a while to navigate the correct exit to the hotel. Still, it was convenient enough for me to take Shinkansen to Himeji and shin-Kobe after getting familiar with the route. Besides, the Shin-Osaka station (metro) is actually nearer, just right next to the family mart and 711 near the hotel. There are a few options for dining too. As you can see in the third photo, the toilet is elevated, which can be risky if you don’t pay attention to it. I didn’t know the layout was like this before staying there. And there was a weird smell in the bathroom that was unpleasant. As for the pillow, it might not be the most comfortable one imo. I am not sure if anyone here might also pay attention to where the air con is located in the room whenever you book your stay. For me, I start to pay more attention to this matter after travelling more. The air con in the room I stayed is placed on the wall next to the bed basically. I often feel the wind blowing on my face while resting. Although I have adjusted the angle of the wind as well as the temperature, my sleep was kinda interrupted by the wind. Besides these, the room is decent and spacious enough for a solo traveler.

Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.
