Beautiful hotel located by a private beach amid lush gardens. The setting is stunning with an incredible swimming pool, clean private beach and swim up bar. Breakfast had great choices for everyone. The hotel is about 20 minutes taxi journey to Patong Town and there is very little in walking distance from the hotel, which makes it ideal for families or those wanting a quiet get away, yet shops and nightlife are still only a short journey away. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I hope that I have chance to return.

موظف الاستقبال الرجال تعامله مو كويس اعطانا غرفة في اخر المبنى ومطلة على الاكشاك والمطاعم السفلية وريحة سيئة وازعاج مع العلم حجزت الفندق من قبل شهرين المفروض يوفر لنا غرفة موقعها كويس وغير اني لمن كنت ابي كرت اضافي للغرفة اتصلت على الاستقبال وردت علي موظفة الاستقبال وانا بالغرفة قالت لي تعال اللوبي نعطيك رحت عند نفس موظف الاستقبال الي تعامله سيء وطلبت منه الكرت قلي لا ما اقدر اعطيك هذا فعلا يدل على تعامله الغير لبق مع العلم وانا بالغرفه قالولي تعال تحت نعطيك

Hotel ini sangat mesra. Kami menempah bilik katil double. Melihat dua orang dewasa menginap dengan seorang kanak-kanak, pihak hotel terus menambah katil kecil. Walaupun anak perempuan saya berumur 10 tahun, dia tinggi 160cm dan cukup untuk tidur bagaimanapun. Lokasi hotel sangat mudah. ​​Apabila anda keluar dan belok kiri, anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Jiangxi Leng dalam masa lebih kurang 10 minit. Terdapat banyak tempat untuk menjual makanan dan makan. Terdapat pasaraya besar C dan 7-11 bawah tanah. Jiangxi Leng Bertentangan ialah Pasar Makanan Laut Banzan yang ada makanan laut dan buah-buahan. Pasar malam juga ada. Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD

The hotel is old and the atmosphere is bad. Breakfast isn’t great and the breakfast restaurant is old and furniture old too. Hotel is very popular but i wouldn’t be back, Charm Resort next door is cheaper and looks better. I would say for all people traveling with family to avoid Patong and stay in places like Kamala or Khao Lak that’s 1000 times better!

We have booked the pool access suite but during check-in, the hotel informed us that it wasn’t available. The hotel has upgraded us to ocean view suite. At first we were very disappointed as we really like the concept of pool access. But it turned out that the upgrade room is better. Very roomy and cozy. We have spent three wonderful nights there. The ocean view suite is on the beach front building and the restaurant is just downstair. It is only a few step away from the beach. Parking is free and is also downstair with shelter. There are two pools in the hotel but they are not very big. I feel like the pool is open to the public. Some guests may not be very civilized. This is why I found the ocean view suite much better as there are lots of people swimming outside the pool access room and you are not certain if they are really hotel guests or not. Given that the pool is not a big one, it may have privacy issues. But on the whole, I am very happy with my stay.

The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them. The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all. The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

breakfast: quite repetitive and not very extensive cleanliness: room was clean but the bath area choked and there were drain flies in the room view: gave us an ”upgrade” with room at the corner overlooking the roof and water tank of the hotel, when the few rooms beside me was not even occupied. could have informed us beforehand - would not accept the ”upgrade” if we had known. the ”view” at night is soooo creepy. location: pls specify to stay at afterglow - sunkissed is quite far away from the access to beach and bangla road service: this is the best part of this place - all the staff are super lovely
