"Very nice apartments set 1 street back from the pinewalk in a quieter area (just behind the Illa 'dor hotel). the pool is small but adequate for the amount of apartments (20) unfortunatey when we were there the selfish sunbed reservers were sticking their towels out and reserving even though their is a sign saying not to. There is no reception at the pollensamar you have to use the one at the Bahia a 10 minute walk away, this seems a bit odd as the Illa 'dor is just across the road and they are the same company. The beaches ar literally on your doorstep and a nice bar/restaurant with a small spar shop a 2 minute walk away (called the store). We stayed in a superior room which was lovely but the standard apartments looked every bit as comfortable. there was airconditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was a god send. We absolutely loved our holiday and would 100% return, we fancy staying at the Bahia next time as it is slightly closer to all the bars and restaurants."

"Our stay at Mon Boutique way surpassed our expectations. From the warm welcome with a glass of cava, to the beautiful room, to the genuine helpfulness of reception and staff, we could not have been happier with our stay! We came to Majorca for my husband's 60th birthday and he wanted to ride 60 miles on the island. Pollenca was going to be our base as I wanted to wander around a town with history.....and shopping! As it was still early in the season, the town was pretty quiet, but on Sunday, the town came alive with the market along the square and down the streets. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't have much of a view, but we could see the rooms below us had private jacuzzis. The hotel has 18 rooms, lovely seating area on 1st floor and the 2nd floor had the rooftop dipping pool and terrace where I had a lovely time (and nap) sitting in the sun. Lots of privacy. The view was also incredible. You can have breakfast which was wonderful with all sorts of choices, along with eggs and bacon. juices, and milks. The staff is awesome!!! A big shout out to Jordi, Gabriella, Lucinda who were all wonderful. Anything you needed, they were on it! I can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable! Highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

"6th visit to this hotel now and never disappoints... although dwarfed by the neighbouring hotel the don Miguel offers a very friendly atmosphere..always willing to go out of their way to help and just so friendly...I will again highly recommend this place and thanks for the warm welcome again..we will c u again next may"

"Used this hotel as a base for a wedding at the other end of Pollensa. Fabulous venue, lovely and clean, comfortable with great facilities. Bed and pillows were good which is always a plus. Great shower. Nice hot tub on the terrace which we used as well."

"Overall an excellent experience at the Montelin Apartments with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return at a future date. Our only gripe was the level of tourist tax since we were charged 4 euros per night each + VAT at 10% i.e. 4.4 euros total. This, according to web sources should only be charged for 5 star hotels in Majorca which the Montelin is not. Could the management comment on this i.e. were we overcharged? In comparison this year we also visited Madeira which has no tourist tax and Chamonix, usually considered an up market and expensive alpine resort where we were only charged 2.3 euros pppn for a 4 star hotel. Of course the charges are not levelled by the hotel but by the local goverment but it does provide an indicator that Majorca is becoming more expensive. We spoke to several regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa during our stay who complained about the significant increase in prices in local restaurants this year. "

"The hotel was amazing. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I am coeliac and they catered for me really well, providing me with a Gluten Free menu every day. I would recommend this hotel for families and particularly people with coeliac. We had a great time. Will be back !"
