"This is an ok hotel in the fact there’s a skiing element and the views are nice The negatives are the food is horrible. There is no selection and the food was cold. The bed was stale and the meat was pink. There was also one pudding in terms of a dry cake. Also the beds are hard and the blankets have threads and hair in them. And if u don’t like spending money don’t come here because you have to pay for absolutely everything except the horrible dinner Alround an alright hotel but the food and rooms aren’t great Not worth it"

"The hotel was not identified. We got lost looking for the name of the hotel. Internally there was lack of directions for to reception and parking: we got completely lost inside the property. Working hours of the reception totally inadequate: they are doing favor in receiving us? Terrible service from the receptionist."
