"The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, especially the counter staff, Ms. Peppa. When she found out it was my wife's birthday, she and her team prepared a special surprise celebration for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly surprised us. Thank you for making our visit so memorable."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! ❤️ The receptionist was incredibly sweet and kind. Despite her petite size, she insisted on carrying our luggage to the room, and even before we arrived, she helped arrange our station pick-up and drop-off. Such thoughtful hospitality! The room was exceptionally beautiful, aesthetic, minimal, and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, reminding us about breakfast and treating us to afternoon tea and even a lovely good-night sweet soup. The property itself is so peaceful, with a mini garden, beautiful patio, laundry facilities, zen pool, and a stunning mountain backdrop. It felt like a retreat for people like us running away from busy life.. slow paced and relaxing. And their cute doggies and fluffy cat, they seem to guard us around 😘. And the breakfast and afternoon tea were the absolute highlights! Everything was so carefully prepared and beautifully done. They’ve definitely set my standards much higher! 😍 Would happily return and highly recommend this place!"
