"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — it’s very close to the beach, which made everything so convenient. From my window, I had a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me — they even gave me a charger for my phone when I needed one and helped print an important document for me. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great, right on the beach/boulevard of Scheveningen. There are also plenty of facilities (pool/sauna) to keep you entertained at the hotel. The room was in good order, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning didn't work very well; the room was a bit warm. There was enough space in the family room for 4 people. All in all, a pleasant stay and a good (expensive) breakfast."

"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

"A little gem of a hotel. Situated looking over the beach with all the local amenities in walking distance . The major cities are only a tram or train ride away. The hotel itself is quiet and extremely comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is very good and very fresh. The hotel is family run and we enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay."

"It's close to the beach, so it takes a while to get to the city by tram.! But the facilities are clean and nice. However, the shower room in the room my parents stayed in was not separated at all, so after showering, the water flowed all the way to the toilet.... It's an unmanned check-in-out system, but if there was a problem, it was easy to contact the staff."

"This hotel is the last of the large hotels on the boulevard. It's in a great location. Tram and bus stops practically on the doorstep. The room was very clean and had a partial sea view. It was clean and we slept well. The wellness area is a different story. My advice is to stay away from it and head to the sea."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. I have booked a room for my 10 years anniversary with my dying wife ( there probably won's be an 11 year anniversary ). Unfortunately because of life circumstances ( I've lost my job ) I've had to cancel the room reservation ( 10 days before the date ). When I've explained my situation to the hotel management, and I've asked them to do the right thing and give me some kind of a refund ( even a meal voucher would have done it ). Unfortunately the hotel management decided not to do the right thing and reject my request. They gave me nothing, and they very likely booked the same room twice and made double the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
