"It's close to the beach, so it takes a while to get to the city by tram.! But the facilities are clean and nice. However, the shower room in the room my parents stayed in was not separated at all, so after showering, the water flowed all the way to the toilet.... It's an unmanned check-in-out system, but if there was a problem, it was easy to contact the staff."

"This hotel is the last of the large hotels on the boulevard. It's in a great location. Tram and bus stops practically on the doorstep. The room was very clean and had a partial sea view. It was clean and we slept well. The wellness area is a different story. My advice is to stay away from it and head to the sea."

"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

"We were so happy with our experience, the room was ideal for a family of 4. We were on the top floor so had 2 flights of steep stairs, but wasn’t an issue with our older kids. The bunk beds worked out a treat, and the beds themselves were really comfortable. The room was very clean, and the worked perfectly. The room had a balcony which was a bonus. Within a 20 minute walk you can be on the beach, which was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!"

"Horrible. Reservation wasn't confirmed, had to pay in bank transfer. Apparently still 2 payments made, no confirmation for both reservations. After bad communication (and a bad gut feeling) canceled both reservations (was possible up until 72 hours upon arrival) and had to chase my refunds. One refund came minus €1,20 admin fee! (laughed so hard) This was not in their policy, but they feel free to do so anyway. Now I have to try and get my payment that I made with my creditcard.. and it's been a month already. Will never set foot in this place!"

The hotel itself is quiet and extremely comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is very good and very fresh. The hotel is family run and we enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay."

"Good hotel, right in the city center, with a parking garage less than 5 minutes away. For a deluxe room, which we had, I expected more space, more storage, and definitely a mini-fridge (a major drawback). There was no bath, but a walk-in shower, and coffee and tea were also available. The bed was reasonable to good. Excellent breakfast, with lots of variety, a wide selection of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cottage cheese, tasty sandwich spreads, and tasty snacks, but we did miss a trash can on the tables. Check-in was via computer, especially these days (unfortunately), but there was someone available to help if needed, and the staff was friendly. So, a pretty nice hotel, though quite pricey. We dined out."

From my window, I had a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. "This is the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. I have booked a room for my 10 years anniversary with my dying wife ( there probably won's be an 11 year anniversary ). Unfortunately because of life circumstances ( I've lost my job ) I've had to cancel the room reservation ( 10 days before the date ). When I've explained my situation to the hotel management, and I've asked them to do the right thing and give me some kind of a refund ( even a meal voucher would have done it ). Unfortunately the hotel management decided not to do the right thing and reject my request. They gave me nothing, and they very likely booked the same room twice and made double the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
