"The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet"

"comfortable bed, spacious room. the only downside was the kids pool was closed without any notice given during booking nor checkin. the pool was supposed to reopen on thursday and hotel told us it will be push to saturday. we waited and was let down when we saw the pool was still closed and no progress on sat morning."

"I love this place my kids super enjoy especially i love they provide the shuttle bus to ioi city mall super convenient at least im no need to drive out and look for parking . Secondly i would like to say their breakfast buffet are great although that day i went are super peak and many people but still manage well , many variety of food and is ok. Overall im enjoy the stay here the room are clean and comfortable just the swimming pool side are abit old . And i would like to thanks due to peak season i was check in late cos there is out of occupied the room but they replace back late check out for me at least my kids can enjoy at the pool ."

"Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik! I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future. The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping."
