"This is the most beautiful, modern Best Western I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many BW hotels. It is so clean and the beds are really comfortable. The shower was amazing. The lobby and breakfast were the best!! Breakfast is extra charge but so worth it!!! Free parking which seems to be rare in European hotels. The staff is amazing with the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Hard to find these days. I would like to mention Finny and Lucy..they are both rare gems that this hotel is lucky to employ. They are not only friendly and engaging but go above and beyond to accommodate hotel guests. Top notch customer service by these two ladies was very much appreciated. They made our one night stay perfect!!"

The front desk was closed in the morning during check-out time. On top of that, the hotel charged me twice for the room. They don't answer my messages and refuse to refund me."

"We celebrated our wedding at hotel Minichmayr and are 100% happy with the service and everything. We will recommend it to every couple that we meet. Us being an international couple we had guests from all over Europe. From the first encounter the head of restaurant Mr. Rammer spoke to us in English and made sure that what we wished for would be taken care of. The food on the day itself was excellent. The service very charming and professional. We could enjoy the day to the fullest with everything being taken care of. It is very nicely located and easy to get to from the airport or by car. Additionally the view over the Enns and Steyr flowing together was beautiful. From first entering the hotel to leaving it the next day everyone was very friendly, pleasant and easy. Big thank you to everyone at Hotel Minichmayr! We will come back on our anniversaries!"

"We stayed in Hotel for, four weeks in June, could not have been a nicer hotel experience. Nice location, very clean, quiet, modern, and tastefully decorated. The traditional breakfast meal was always fresh and had good variety of bead, meat, cheese, and fresh fruit. Restaurant meals were always hot and quality menu items. We especially enjoyed the Wednesday evening grilling on their large patio area. The staff and owners were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Styer."

"I expected a four-star hotel to have someone at the front desk for more than a few minutes a day. Honestly, there wasn't much interaction with the staff and it was hard to get help if you needed it. To check in, you have to use a speaker outside the building that barely works. I would definitely consider another location for next time, where contact with staff is not expected, such as the apartments. I wonder how they got four stars, as the standards are more in line with a 3-star hotel."
