"It was a very pleasant stay overall. However, I am a little disappointed or rather alarmed to see a snake on the tree house connected to the breakfast area. This tree house is being portrayed on the you-tube vlogs as something very beautiful, but in reality if filled with giant lizards and thin snakes on the roof-top. Please request the hotel authorities to clean-up this tree-top house and make it free from such reptiles. Else some tourists may get a sudden shock on suddenly spotting such creatures. One of the areas below the restaurant need to be fenced as there is a deep level in front of it. I do not have picture to display it. But it is a danger to children or elderly people, who have potential to fall from such height."

"The accommodation is clean, the room is beautiful and lovely, the view is very beautiful, the facilities are complete, there is a hair dryer, a hot water kettle, a fan. The pork pan here is delicious and very cheap (350 baht per set), very full, eating with a very good atmosphere. Breakfast is also delicious, a lot, very good value for the price. There is a shuttle to Phu Chi Fa (80 baht per person round trip). Overall, it is very good, very impressed with this place. The service is good in every way, thank you."
