"A great hotel for the price. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the pancakes!!! The portions were large, so we were full (though not the buffet). There's a pool, but the water was a bit dirty due to insects. The water was warm, though, and we swam in it occasionally in the evenings. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy during our stay, as it was a holiday."

"Stayed in Rm120 on the top floor, which had a good view. Wi Fi is next to useless. If you are a person of large size, then you would struggle to get into the shower, which was cold. If you struggle with stairs, then this is not the place for you. No lift, just many stairs, particuarly if you are on the top level. Good AC amd fans, comfortable bed, bar fridge and kettle in room. Lock on balcony glass door, as shown in pic has issues."

"The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!"

"This is an excellent hotel, especially for the price. It has all the facilities you need, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were the best part of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I wanted to go dolphin watching, and they arranged everything for me. They organized a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the hotel, take us to the boat, and bring us back afterwards, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10!"

The main problem was at the check-in when the owner said he didn't see my reservation. It turned out that he had infrastructure only under Bucking.com and Agoda. It was necessary to nervous ..."

"A terrible experience. Our plan was to relax and do PADI diving, so we booked for three nights with a 24-hour cancellation policy. The room was awful; it smelled damp, crows were croaking on the ceiling, and it was very noisy. The window wouldn't even open. The room was actually more expensive than many other options in Upuveli or other more interesting areas. The worst part is that we only stayed one night and canceled the other two because they didn't give us any trouble. They told us they would refund our money, then excused themselves by saying that Booking.com's policies didn't allow it. A complete lie. Then they said they would refund it but that they weren't a big hotel and couldn't afford such excuses. Two weeks later, we're still waiting for a refund of about €80. Day after day, they keep giving us the runaround, saying they've gone to the bank and the transfer should be arriving soon, but we never get an answer. I don't recommend this place so you don't have the same bad experience we did. The room we were assigned was nothing like the ones shown in the pictures on ***********, TripAdvisor, or Google. There's nothing around, and few restaurants. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The cancellation and refund process was terrible."

"From the booking to the travel to the stay was a great experience. The journey from Colombo was so adventurous and scenic. We took the highways to the location and o our way we visited Ritigala Monastery. Since we were getting late to check in, we called Deva of C Beyond asking him to prepare the Lunch for us. When we reached the destination, it was so peaceful, calm and quite with a lot of smiles while welcoming us. They had laid the lunch for me and my family which was so tasty. Room was spacious and very well setup with AC, Fan, Locker, Kettle, Tea/coffee, Water with an amazing view of the lagoon and the sea. The food was amazing with variety of options to choose from. Food was mad available fresh at the time we wanted to have them. The portions were substantial and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. They accommodated all our requested as and when we requested. The Room Service was very good and spontaneous too. They arrange the Pigeon Island tour to and back at a discounted rate. Me and my family really enjoyed the tour and snorkeling was a great experience for my kids. To wrap up, our holiday to Nilaveli was an amazingly relaxing experience all thanks to C Beyond which we will always come back to and recommend to any traveler who wishes to plan your next destination to Trincomalee (Nilaveli Beach). "Amazing hotel with so nice and kind people. They treat you like a family. Hotel is so close to the beach, aprox 3min by foot. Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel provide beach towels. Hotel have a nice pool. They serve breakfast every morning. Breakfast is fabulous, every morning they serve freshly juices (papaya, mango, passion fruit, pineapple), scrambled eggs, pancakes (rice or coconuts), some local dishes ( sorry, but I a am forgot the name), fresh fruits, coffee and tea, avocado, marmalade with butter and much more. Food is so delicious. They prepare dinner for us, few time, and dinner was amazing. For dinner they made fish or curry, depends what you want. The menager is excellent, he does a good job. We staying 12 days, and they arranged for us, a free trip to Marble beach, it was amazing experience. Hotel is very clean. If you choose this hotel, you will not regret it. I had the best service in this hotel so far, and I have stayed in many hotels. Last but not least, last day, manager mother made cookies for us, for the trip. ❤️ Like I am said, I never feel kindness like in this hotel. Thank you team for everything, you are amazing. I hope so we will see again!"

"Positives - I booked a night in this hotel because it is only a short distance from the local airport and I was catching a small plane to Colombo with Cinnamon Air. The hotel was on the waterfront with great views across the harbour. It had kerbside appeal and looked good on arrival. There was a restaurant in the hotel, so it was easy to get a relatively cheap and tasty evening meal and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They booked me a tuk tuk to take me to the airport the following day, they were careful with the food they prepared ensuring it didn't contain any chilli (allergy), and came promptly to replace the kettle when it fused the electricity in my room leaving me without power briefly. Negatives - There didn't appear to be any lifts and there were a lot of steep narrow stairs which would have been difficult with suitcases - luckily I only had a rucksack When I arrived, I saw that there was a small temple opposite, which I initially thought was a nice part of the view. However, I had obviously unknowingly booked during a festival and the extremely loud music and celebrations went on all night! I wasn't warned about this and the hotel had little sound proofing. The staff said that their other guests were ringing them at all hours to complain about the noise and the fact they couldn't get any sleep. I always carry earplugs with me and they blotted out a lot of the noise so l did get some sleep. If you want to stay here, I would check in advance with the staff about any festivals that may fall on your chosen dates. Overall it was very reasonable for the price."
