C Beyond Nilaveli

"From the booking to the travel to the stay was a great experience. The journey from Colombo was so adventurous and scenic. We took the highways to the location and o our way we visited Ritigala Monastery. Since we were getting late to check in, we called Deva of C Beyond asking him to prepare the Lunch for us. When we reached the destination, it was so peaceful, calm and quite with a lot of smiles while welcoming us. They had laid the lunch for me and my family which was so tasty. Room was spacious and very well setup with AC, Fan, Locker, Kettle, Tea/coffee, Water with an amazing view of the lagoon and the sea. The food was amazing with variety of options to choose from. Food was mad available fresh at the time we wanted to have them. The portions were substantial and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. They accommodated all our requested as and when we requested. The Room Service was very good and spontaneous too. They arrange the Pigeon Island tour to and back at a discounted rate. Me and my family really enjoyed the tour and snorkeling was a great experience for my kids. To wrap up, our holiday to Nilaveli was an amazingly relaxing experience all thanks to C Beyond which we will always come back to and recommend to any traveler who wishes to plan your next destination to Trincomalee (Nilaveli Beach). "The hotel is clean en nice. The swimming pool was also full of flies. Its easy for them to remove, but didn t do it. The staff of the hotel is terrible. All srilankans are allways friendly, but these tamil muslims are very rude. Didn t get towels when we asked. Never ever come back to this hotel."

"Recently i visited Ocean Condos Villa Nilaveli with my husband and two friends and we had a great time there. Also the rooms are very clean and nice with good views. Worth for the price too. Nilaveli Boutique Hotel

"A terrible experience. Our plan was to relax and do PADI diving, so we booked for three nights with a 24-hour cancellation policy. The room was awful; it smelled damp, crows were croaking on the ceiling, and it was very noisy. The window wouldn't even open. The room was actually more expensive than many other options in Upuveli or other more interesting areas. The worst part is that we only stayed one night and canceled the other two because they didn't give us any trouble. They told us they would refund our money, then excused themselves by saying that Booking.com's policies didn't allow it. A complete lie. Then they said they would refund it but that they weren't a big hotel and couldn't afford such excuses. Two weeks later, we're still waiting for a refund of about €80. Day after day, they keep giving us the runaround, saying they've gone to the bank and the transfer should be arriving soon, but we never get an answer. I don't recommend this place so you don't have the same bad experience we did. The room we were assigned was nothing like the ones shown in the pictures on ***********, TripAdvisor, or Google. There's nothing around, and few restaurants. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The cancellation and refund process was terrible."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and flexible staff. 5 minits to the amazing beach. The ATM, restaurants and mini supermarkets are nearby. There is a fridge in the kitchen to store your own stuff and have the facility to cook your food. Highly recommended!"
