"It's a bit of a walk from the train station, and with road construction, it was a hassle with luggage. It's fully self-service with no reception. The room was small but clean and well-equipped."

"There was a discussion at check-in about whether the room should be paid in advance or upon check-out. The hotel insisted on prepayment without having mentioned this during the reservation. The room was freezing cold with the window open. Even after closing the window and turning the heating up to full for an hour, it remained too cold. This can be done if the room is available before 6:00 PM, but not, as in this case, around 8:30 PM. The hotel is located near Ulm Central Station. Freight trains pass by there at night, making a loud noise (even with the window closed). This was also not mentioned during the reservation."
