"By booking a hotel we were quite aware of what we were expecting, the price/quality ratio is quite justified. However, by putting an estimate of 4, I will leave a honest review to protect those who come not for one day or count on a decent service. The hotel is located in the old (Soviet times) building, respectively, communication old, the water smells and tastes - "clean" iron, doors, walls, floors - all "killed" and how much do not wash, will not save, only the capremont. They lived on the 2nd floor in the 17th room, wallpapers on the walls were cut off, hanging almost on your head, on the floor an ancient parquet, on which between the beds carefully bed the kinds of carpet (for what? Dust and dirt in it lie, it is better without it). The windows are plastic, the room with a balcony (open with metal handle, naked concrete floor) a number of neighbors on which you can easily walk, from the balcony you can see part of Lake Valdai. Bedding is quite decent, clean, towels two faces, two feet, not particularly fresh on the look (sweeped), the mattress on my bed is a little squeezed, sleep is not super comfortable. The sanitation is relatively fresh. There were very few customers in the hotel except us. When even someone was walking down the corridor, the hearing is very good.
