"A very disappointing experience at this hotel. Trip.com app shows city tax was €16.59. However, the hotel charged me €33.18, which is the city tax for two adults for three nights. I was traveling alone and only one person stayed in the room, so I asked the hotel to refund the extra amount for the second person when I check out. The staff refused to help and told me to contact Trip.com, even though the payment was collected directly by the hotel. When I tried to explain the situation and show the documents, the staff was very dismissive and told me he had many things to do before 6am and that I should stop bothering him. I asked if anyone else could assist, but he ignored me and I call the police. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the hotel handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. I was not asking for anything unreasonable, only a refund of the city tax that was incorrectly charged for a second guest. Since I had a flight to catch, I could not spend more time arguing at the hotel. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The customer service was poor, the staff showed no willingness to help and I would not recommend this hotel."
