"A very odd affair. A hotel on a roundabout a mile away from the centre . Staff perfectly helpful - no fuss about extra pillows etc - and there is just about enough soundproofing - so OK . The room - although not going to win any prizes for aesthetics - also perfectly OK. The restaurant is weird . They specialise in risottos - and they were really very good indeed - but come only as starter portions. So you then might feel the need for a main course - which were up to nothing at all in particular - distinctly average minus - and pretty pricey . All friendly - but it would take not very much to offer the risottos as a main course and pay a bit more ."

"Great overnight stay, enjoyed the gardens on a warm may evening with a bottle of wine. Then a beautifully presented tasting menu and accompanying wine flight. Perfectly matched food and wine. The octopus first course was out of this world. The tartare a touch underwhelming, but the patanegro was out of this world. Wonderful service and even a tour of the kitchen. Worth dining here if you're in Vercelli. Great to be able to sleep just a few metres from the restaurant! Only criticism was the air con in the room didn't work well so things were a bit 🥵"

"We have been sleeping in a couple. Very clean and ordered hotels. Excellent breakfast. With friendly staff and owners. Beautiful location to walk to the centre, even though there is a chain out. The only thing we liked less is that the room was a couple, but the bed was 1 pizza and a half, but for one night it was not a problem"

"It's definitely not comparable to the ones in China. It's just the standard of a domestic express hotel. The surrounding is relatively quiet. I took the wrong bus yesterday and had to stay in Vercelli. The place is not big. I walked from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is included and it's ok. There are cakes, bread, biscuits, milk, juice and yogurt. There are just a few vegetables, only lettuce and tomatoes. Overall it's ok. If you want to go to Vercelli, this is the only one"
