The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really loved the room and the overall service, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.
However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The location was quite difficult to access. The path to the main road is rocky and uneven, and I unfortunately fell twice while trying to get there. It may not be suitable for everyone, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns.
There was also a power outage that lasted more than 12 hours, and during that time we couldn’t shower with warm water.
Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but these issues made our stay less comfortable than we expected.

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

Отличный отель. Находится на горке. Кому не нравятся лестницы, будет не удобно каждый день ходить. Завтраки превосходные. Терраса с прекрасным видом. Сотрудники просто замечательные. Помогали с любыми вопросами.

이틀간 숙박하였는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 구도심까지 미니버스가 자주 운행하니 이를 자주 이용했습니다. 직원들이야 어디든 친절하니까 거론할 필요성을 못느낀다.

オーナーはとても温かく迎えてくれ、細やかに配慮をしてくださり、安心して泊まることができました。テラスからはミディエットの街が一望できます。
様々な観光スポットやバスターミナルから徒歩圏内にあり、立地もとても良いと思います。
シャワーもドライヤーも使いやすかったです。

Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world.
The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch.
This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

You will climb stairs – but that is part of Mardin’s charm. You will stay in rooms filled with the authentic spirit of the city, yet everything inside is new, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast is a wonderful experience: delicious local specialties served on a large, beautiful copper tray with traditional copper plates. A true taste of the region.
From the terraces, you will admire the breathtaking views over Mesopotamia. The atmosphere is unforgettable.
The staff is attentive, caring, and genuinely welcoming.

BBusraThe people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location is just walking distance to everywhere in Eski Mardin (Old Mardin). I enjoyed staying at Tuğhan Hotel.

JJOI stayed for two days and there was no inconvenience. Minibuses often run to the old city center, so I used it often. The staff are friendly everywhere, so I didn't feel the need to talk about it.
