We booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service. I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay! Can't say one bad thing about this place. The location is perfect along with the rooms themselves. Beds are also very comfortable. Would stay again!

One little bar of soap and very small for shower and washing hands one wash of shampoo . Asked for help with pur bags the guy lifted suitcase then went onhis pbo e Ihad toask him again to help us. There was a big Crack in the door opening I asked for tape he never returned could care at all my con wen for bugs, fly, bees.

It's Hilton. As expected. Great location with nearby amenities. Beautiful view from the rooms. No water for the coffee machine though. Pic is of the CN Tower as viewed from the room. Would have stayed longer but it's too cold now for me in Canada, so will return in the Spring. Highly recommend.

The location was great, the rooms was clean, friendly staff. About 9:30pm the heater in the room started making a popping sound every few minutes. Maintenance came, but couldn't get it to stop. I was taken to another room, but maintenance couldn't get the heater to blow hot air - it was blowing cold air. I was taken to another room - maintenance put the heater on, but it kept shutting off. Head maintenance said to put the heat higher - he did and assured me it would be fine 3rd room. During the night the heater shut off and never came back on again. I woke up at 4am because I was cold. I was afraid to touch the heater for fear it would start blowing cold air, so just pulled the blanket/sheets up higher and went back to sleep. When I told front desk of the issues in the morning on check out, they said they could take off the parking fee, but nothing more because I booked through a 3rd party. I was stressed when I decided to take a night away. The stress of being ushed around to 3 separate rooms and then the heat going off when it's still cold outside created even more stress. Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful and friendly, but let's face it, I went there to be relaxed and de-stress. Didn't happen.

The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.
