In the mountains~ It is more convenient to drive by yourself! There are not many people, very quiet~ It takes about half an hour to drive from Santa Claus Village Drive into the woods of the hotel. There is a kind of lonely beauty!! It is also very mysterious... There are also deer in the hotel! It’s a pity that I didn’t see the northern lights this time

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

Brand new resort, cozy, warm and spacious chalets with beautiful views. Staff were attentive and friendly, special mention to Ilmari and gentleman at the reception who kindly shared their knowledge about Finland and the resort. Some extra touches and few activities could benefit the resort like forest trail, fire to toast marshmallows, extra towels and drinking water in sauna space, but I am sure more is coming soon. Loved the quiet location of being in the taiga forest and yet so close to the city and the airport. Food was delicious, blueberry ‘soup’ is a must try!

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

The hotel is forty minutes away from the Levi ski resort. The check-in front desk is next to the white church. It is said that new people hold a ceremony here every week. Each single-family villa is surrounded by trees, and the privacy is good. At night, the glass in the small wooden roof can see the starry sky. When you are lucky, the aurora there is clear and clear. In the morning, you open the floor-to-ceiling curtains. The snow scene outside the wide viewing angle is super dreamy. Go to the former staff to respond positively to the email, the chef, Christmas dinner is also very good. Have the opportunity to come back and choose here.

The family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

This was by far the most stress-free and fulfilling trip we've ever experienced.

The room is warm, the spa is fun, the hotel quality is good, the price is cheap, the buffet is also very good, the attitude of the merchants is good, the customer service staff are very service-minded and have a great attitude, the skiing is high-quality and low-priced, the equipment can be rented with confidence, and you are happy to use it, everything I like it and am completely satisfied with it, friends who want to buy it Don't hesitate, place your order as soon as possible, be happy early, and will book again in the future. Resort設施簇新整潔，玻璃天幕睡房令人印象難忘，睡在床上就算看不見極光，也可看見流星呢！露天Jacuzzi更是吸引，可一邊享受水中按摩一邊欣賞雪景，的確賞心樂事！但要記得帶泳衣泳褲啊，因為鄰居是會看見你的呢！桑拿房就在浴室內，非常方便！Resort內飼養了幾隻馴鹿，可免費餵牠們食草呢！鹿棚旁有一間小屋，內設火篝，可向工作人員免費索取棉花糖來BBQ呢！工作人員友善親切，開WhatsApp群組讓我們提出請求，他們便快速地回應及幫忙解決問題！ 但Resort有兩點美中不足之處！一是馬桶只設在下層，晚上欲如廁，需走下螺旋樓梯前往！二是沒有抽油煙機，雖然備有氣炸鍋、電磁爐、平底鑊等設備，但昨晚一煎三文魚便響火警鐘，我們唯有自行爬高關掉警鐘，跟著需大開門戶及手動煽走油煙才可完成煎魚的過程！
