I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:)
We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

We are so impressed of staying here with the comfortness and full of amenities. The staffs here are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is great and variety, also even the taste. Moreover, there are plenty activities anf facilities in resort like snow shoe trail, reindeer feeding, fitness, and snow sledge. The complimentary are also cute and memorable, highly recommend this resort ❤️❤️

The staff of the Villa is very helpful and the reception is locared in the main building with a souvenir shop and a small snow castle. It's pitiful that I checked in late and checked out early in the next day's morning, and could not enjoy the beautiful sunset in the Villa.

Santasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

高級感滿滿，房屋外形別緻，房間大小尚可備品齊全，牙膏牙刷都有。酒店早餐很不錯，品種豐富有鮮榨果汁，並且我們還用了午餐，味道也很好。體驗了酒店客人獨家的麋鹿雪橇，要比去聖誕長者村的好不少。
可能是在機場起降航線下方，有時候飛機經過會有點吵，不夠靜謐。性價比感覺比較一般。

AAnonymous UserThe front desk is in a large house, decorated with many Christmas things. When I first opened the door to the room, there was a smell of wood, but it disappeared later. I thought the bathroom was quite clean, but the shower was limited to 13 minutes and there wasn't much hot water, so I didn't wash my hair for two nights. The bacon for breakfast is delicious. The environment nearby is very good, close to the sea and a small forest. It feels like Kemi is not big and there are not many people there, so I like it quite a bit. There is a supermarket nearby, and there are many restaurants on the beach. It was stuffy inside the cathedral. I didn’t see any gems in the Gem Museum, and the square in front was a flea market.

The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

TThe EtonIt’s quite far from the city and far from the nearest supermarket. It is recommended to buy what you need at a time, but there is a sauna in the room. I like 👍. There are many facilities but I don’t use it. I will stay here next time I go to Rovaniemi.
