Hotel Dengan Parking di Cairo Governorate, Egypt

The room was in very good condition, newly renovated, clean and quiet, on the 11th floor. A proper closet is missing, Staff was ok, nothing to rave about.

Such a wonderful stay, almost all staff had present for a help when needed. The reception is super easy and fast even we have to folow the rules of check-in at 3pm. The room is clean and the bed is super comfy. Such a good rest received after a long travel haul. The restaurant provide meal which is internatonal standard and I'm satisfied with it. The location of hotel make us easy to get transport and hustle free. Others than that, i am satisfied actual to overall of the stay.

Historic bank on the outside, sophisticated boutique hotel on the inside, a brilliant merge! Despite its location being right in the bustling heart of Cairo, with many cafes & shops all around, the building is tucked into a little street with less traffic, so the noise levels are lower. The hotel itself was unassuming from the outside (there was no signage that said ”Saint J Hotel”), but we were warmly greeted by the friendly hotel staff. The lobby was simple but had a lovely, refreshing scent - a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully-designed & well-equipped with everything we needed & more. Our mother had so much fun cooking a bit of breakfast for the family daily. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were such a delight - super strong rain shower, it was heavenly! There was a washer (with laundry detergent provided) in each room too, which was very handy. Just two things that needs to be improved: 1. Install sheer curtains behind the thick curtains so that guests can let natural light in without worrying about privacy 2. Install hooks or towel bars in the bathroom for guests to hang towels All in all, we were so happy we stayed here!

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

Very nice and safe, I like it there the breakfast is marvellous, if you are from Asia and a solo traveller, you are highly recommend to stay in this hotel, they even have a souvenior right at the lobby. The dinner is a buffet, but is slightly pricey The location is very near cairo muesuem, good to go on last day

We got in very late and Ahmed was waiting for us. Beautiful property. It’s the first night in Cairo that we got good sleep. Bed is soft and room is quiet.

Very nice hotel. Located a bit outside the center too so it’s good to relax when you are there. Only downside little activities in the hotel.

Хорошее расположение, вокруг тихо, есть большой супермаркет, также, торговый центр в 5 минутах ходьбы. Предоставленный номер не соответствовал описанию, и был, явно меньше, чем заявлен, однако, учитывая стоимость проживания, это не критично!

Great hotel room, restaurants, pool, gym, bar, cafe All staff polite & friendly & very helpful especially guest relations Demiana. Great to take advantage of membership & get 25% of food & drink in all restaurants, bar & cafe throughout the hotel. Good saving. Would book here again !

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
