"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. One of the things we appreciated the most was the free airport shuttle service for both arrival and departure, which made our travel very convenient and stress-free. We also enjoyed the food at their restaurant—it was very good. The only minor issue is that the pedestrian crossing is a bit far if you plan to walk around outside the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The pool, beds, tv and air con were great. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable, it gave me a sore back. It is disappointing that they have taken the kitchens out of the room as difficult to feed a family with no microwave. We love the pool and location so we probably would go again."

Guest UserDon't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. Highly recommend!

Incredible NoelStayed at beautiful Pullman Bunker Bay Resort Margaret River Region for our 15th wedding anniversary weekend and it honestly made the celebration extra special. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa and welcomed with a bottle of wine from guest services as an anniversary gift. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so celebrated and cared for. A peaceful weekend filled with love, relaxation, and beautiful family memories by the beach. 🤍🥂

Anonymous UserExtremely clean room with a beautiful view of the City. need to walk around 10 mins to take the free CAT red bus that goes to perth station. There is also a convenience store that opens till 9 or 10 pm opposite the hotel.

Cons:
parking a bit limited, unsecure.
Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner.
A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery?
In places, property is showing age but within reason.
Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc
Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic
Pros:
On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed.
Dining next door has always been excellent, great food.
Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant.
Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean.
Check in and out was easy and simple.
Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

kimi jerryI switched to a different hotel in Perth city center. The location is excellent, and parking is available in the car park across the street. You can get a ticket from the hotel, which costs AUD 30 per night on weekdays and a very reasonable AUD 10 per night on weekends.
The hotel is situated on a lively main street, with a large entrance and a high-ceilinged lobby. The facilities are new. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor where you can use member welcome drink vouchers – the coffee was good.
The room facilities are great, and the member benefits were well-delivered. As usual, I had one room booked through Ctrip and one as a member. Ctrip usually offers a slightly better price, while the member benefits are more comprehensive. It really depends on what you're looking for!

Guest UserA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at a Margaret River bed and breakfast in an amazing location—just few minutes from town and only a 7-minute drive to Surfers Point. As a couple, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout our stay.
The homemade breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh homemade breads along with organic jams and honey. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of wine and snacks, which made us feel instantly relaxed.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a heated electric bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi with hot water was perfect.
The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations on the best places to visit in the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Margaret River.

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know.
There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants.
While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying.
Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby.
WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities.
When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple.
In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.
