Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

I requested an upstairs room facing the car park & pool. I live remote from Alice & am aware of issues locally. I wanted to view my car I. The parking area & up away from the noise. A young female receptionist who referred to me an older adult as love on arrival, proceeded to put me downstairs by the gate where I am aware of street antics. I went back & requested a move & was moved by a polite male. Upstairs facing my car park. It suits me to stay there as it’s locked at night & tradies stay there & sit out chatting late giving a decreased opportunity for visitors trying to get into your unit. I booked well ahead & clearly it was not too busy. I am NZ Indigenous & I felt this female receptionist was quite unprofessional. I suspect decided she could treat me differently to any non indigenous person & put me anywhere. Not liking it. Otherwise it was my choice as restaurants & food are good.

Decent motel, rooms a little outdated. Unfortunately, late at night we heard some cockroaches scurrying around. Plus side is the great pool for families ;)

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

We stayed 2 nights in Darwin resort with different bookings and different prices The resort was short of staff Therefore the first accomodatiion was not clean The second night was good The staff was very helpful when a door did not close properly immediately several technicians were sent to fix it The location is perfect if hyoid want to be close to darwin fannnie baye and close to the airport The location is next to a military base with planes coming over very low m as only in the morning and at the end of the day Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great place from which to visit Kakadu. Food was excellent and the service was very friendly and generally good. Facilities clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit short staffed, so our salt and pepper pots were empty, and I missed out on bacon because the batch wasn't refilled for 20 minutes. I imagine due to being a bit short-staffed at the time of year. However, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A groovy little resort. We epecially loved our time around the pool, taking advantage, along with other guests, of the special little tropical cocktail bar. All of the reception staff were wonderful! They all went right out of their way to help us out in a situation caused by flight changes. Standout, was the girl on late night shift, Monday 29th August. Very happy with this place. Pretty decent overall. The first room was on the ground floor and with a horribly depressing view of the multistory carpark just a couple of metres away, so I requested to move and was assigned a much better room on the first floor, which I appreciate. The staff were good. Check out the cafe Page 27 for breakfast/coffee/lunch around the corner, it’s fantastic.

I liked the garden and sit out at night rather than most hotels you just have a room maybe a balcony but with garden all around you it's great

Service at reception was good. While the room was clean, the bed left a bad impression; lumpy pillows, broken zipper on pillow protector, small but obvious stain on bedsheet & spiders on pillows. There’s a few more minor defects but for the money paid, it wasn’t up to standard.
